This weeks game starts at 4:05, it's not the national 4:25 doubleheader game.    There's only one Fox game shown this Sunday.  The 4:05 game is typically only shown in the areas of the participating teams, plus a few other places pick it up in the cities of teams that have a 1:00 home game.  But looking at the 506 TV maps this week the Bills Seattle game is being shown in a larger than normal viewing area, it even has the Fox #1 team of Brady and Burkhart.

 

Some of it's luck as cities that have a 1:00 home game also happen to be some of the largest populated cities in the country like NY, Houston, San Fran, and entire northeast in between them plus the state of Texas.  Will be interesting to see the national rating next week if the Bills game outdraws the CBS doubleheader game as not what I'd call any great matchups being shown there.  It's somewhat unusual to even have 3 doubleheader games so that will further split up viewership.

However, Yatta, I do see the flaw in the way my original statement is worded.
