Two extra prep days is huge for top tier coaches like Reid. I saw a coach interviewed once - can't remember who it was - but he said the actual gameplan isn't some ongoing thing. They usually get it together in a few hours, and spend the rest of the week practicing for it. So, yeah - they get a bit more practice. But they also have to travel. It's not some huge advantage they'll have. And I'll take the trade-off as a fan. The players don't play a game on sun, monday, tues, wed, thursday, friday, saturday = 7 days between games Bills play monday. The players don't have a game tue, wed, thur, fri, sat = 5 days between games.
