I'd take it a step further and advocate a similar thesis for the last 5 or 6 games. The McD D has been the key to the current run. They definitely have been closing out games unlike in the past. Poyer said after the game in an interview they went more single high safety to bring a guy in the box to disrupt their run game and basically told Tua to beat them. He couldn't. People killing the Fins for not running more but Tua did was he was supposed to do and that is not try and run against a heavy box and throw due to a numbers advantage. They had 3 carries for 7 yards in 2nd half. Bills were crashing the LOS hard. McDaniels had no answer once Bills took away what was working in first half.
