That's No Moon
Well this sort of internal turmoil bodes well. What did these two do to upset Lord Terrence? 1

Fleezoid
If any member of the Bills/Sabres organization is called in to Pegula's office after a bad loss and there's plastic on the floor, they better make tracks fast!
LabattBlue
When Terry took ownership there were stories that none of his employees were ever fired. I guess he has finally got the hang of it. Edited October 12, 2023 by LabattBlue 1 1
fasteddie
Were they the ones who suggested to leave for London on Thursday? 7 7
Logic
The McDermott and then Beane hires were a tremendous stroke of luck for the Buffalo Bills. I'm telling ya, we're one great coaching hire (and subsequent GM hire) away from really being up ***** creek without a paddle, as far as ownership goes. Put another away: God help us if Beane and McDermott ever depart and/or if Terry decides to take a more active role in running the team. LabattBlue
From a BN article when Roth was hired in July…. Six months ago, Roth was a high-profile portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments who had never worked in professional sports. 2
BillsFan4
With all of the turnover on the business side of the Bills and Sabres, it’s hard not to feel like the Pegulas are difficult to work for/please. I’d be curious to see how the turnover compares to other NFL teams. edit - can’t blame this one on Pegula. A boss can’t be sleeping with employees… Edited October 12, 2023 by BillsFan4
Low Positive
This is all internal business stuff. The players on both teams probably didn't even know these people except in passing. But it is interesting that Roth is out as he was just named in July. Financial Shanangans?
zow2
John Roth is a long time friend of Terry but from what i recall he had zero professional sports experience upon his hiring. He was an accomplished executive at a wealth management firm. Maybe Terry realized this guys limitations at running his sports teams. 3
