Last year was literally the only instance where he’s missed time. In 2020 Dean Marlowe (now on Chargers PS) replaced both Hyde and Poyer starting 4 games. Hopefully Hyde is fine long term luckily the depth at safety is better than last season. I was advocate of getting him as soon as he was in free agency from Packers for watched him in Packers games. Just saying he like almost all players will miss games and with 17 games more likely.
