$6-8M for a guy who hasn't had a good season since 2020 and is gonna be 31?  Maybe the ACL recovery hindered him last season, or maybe he just doesn't have the same speed and agility.

I don't think we can afford that.

At the right price,  he would be a nice fit on the Bills offense. Dependable WR there's a dependable pro. Could be Josh's third down to go WR. I wouldn't hate the pick up for 3 to 5 mil.

Pass....

We have Gabe Davis and he will rebound next season.  Guaranteed.  It was a blip....  he'll be back.  Plus we can draft a WR for cheaper $$ and have more for the O-line revamp.

You can draft a better receiver for cheaper $. Nothing against Woods. He's been a real pro.

Price has to be correct for a team currently 20M above the cap.

Still, Woods doesn't provide the deep option this team needs desperately.  But he could play outside, which is something this team did not have depth at last year.  Noticeable that his catch rate was down significantly from career norms, although the QB situation probably contributed to that. .

None of that should diminish the need to draft and develop a WR...where Buffalo can only show Gabriel Davis between 2017 and 2021.

He had more catches than Davis did last year…

It wasn’t a blip, his drop and catch % have been consistent his whole career so far.

There is no rebound for Davis, he needs a breakout. Bills need a backup plan if that doesn’t happen.

They traded him so I'm not sure he'd be so open to just head back there.

I think he'd have Buffalo on his list of teams.  He'd be a perfect WR to add in as a jack-of-all-trades type.  Kind of like a younger Manny Sanders (who we missed last year IMO).  Also, he'd be pretty familiar with Kromer's schemes which has the WRs blocking quite a bit.  I doubt he's going to cost much.

Any of the LA teams actually. That’s home to him.

I’d love him back, and maybe the prospect of playing with JA would be appealing, but he didn’t seem interested in signing with us after his first run. Maybe it was the staff, or QB, or Buffalo itself, but I’d be willing to take him in at a team-friendly deal. If I remember he was very well-liked while here. Would be a nice fit if Beas decides to call it a career again.

…that being said, WR in rounds 1-3 please.

Just FYI, Beasley said he would play 1 more year for the Bills.  Obviously he could change his mind or Bills dont want him next year.  I would sign Beas as cheap as possible, he is good insurance as a backup, hopefully we get a new slot Wr starting
