maybe a practice squad call up for the game, but Tre White might just slot into the empty roster space.

He’s not going from PUP to play.  He gets activate from PIP and sits fir 3 weeks befire bring roster active.

Not that big of a deal when the back up seems at least as productive as the starter.

The clear point of my post is that we can't keep losing starters every week.

Micro vs Macro.

No he can start practicing after 4 games and then has 3 weeks to come back, if they thought he might come back earlier then he should certainly come back now.

Once this kid gets his feet wet he'll be better than Crowder. What's with Gabe? An ankle injury has nothing to do with dropped passes. Is it time to take a look at Hodgins?

That ankle injury for Davis might be causing some issues with dropped passes depending on how painful it is.

we don't know how much pain he is in or how much medication he is on so he can play-could easily affect his ability to concentrate/feel the ball in etc.

That’s what I said …

when  he gets off the PUP list they have 3 weeks to decide to activate him on the 53 or he goes on IR.  He’s not going from activating from PUP to playing the next game.

right now we have Shakir, we're fine right now. But it'd be wise to look ahead for more depth in case God's forbid any more injuries strike.

They are not fine.

They have:

Diggs

Davis (Clearly hurt and trying to play through it, needs a week or two off to heal)

McKenzie (Injured currently)

Shakir

Kumerow (Injured currently)

Crowder(injured currently)

Id call Will Fuller and give him a tryout.

It certainly seems like we're being hit hard right now - but outside of Hyde (which is obviously a huge loss), it looks like most of the hurt players will find their way back this season.

I think we have enough depth where it won't be too much of a negative impact in the regular season.  Just have to hope that we're as healthy as we can be come playoff time.

He doesn't. Other than deciding on the inactives for the game and controlling who is available. In game that's up to the position coaches and then the OC

Love Will Fullers skill set for this team, but let’s be honest, we’d be right back in this same position a week later. Guy is the definition of glass. Makes Marquise Goodwin look like Cal Ripken.

If they don't bring him back once he starts practicing after 3 weeks he can't come back, that doesn't mean that's when he comes back.

Agree.  WR depth is now a VERY SERIOUS concern.  I do feel fairly confident in Austin and Hodgins' ability to step in for a few games if needed, but injuries to them or any of our other rostered WRs and we are in a code red situation.  IMO, we need to be auditioning vet WRs starting today.
