Maybe we can get Bill to come here. I would love that. We would definitely win a Super Bowl with Bill as our coach. Oh well back to reality.

Regardless of the fact the Bills didn’t punt against him in 2 games, I definitely don’t think KC would’ve got the yards they needed for the FG if he were coaching those last 13 seconds. Basically comes down to experience, I don’t think McD has a comparable gaff like that the rest of his coaching career. It’s just unfortunate it had to happen in a playoff game.

Frazier didn't have a good game this time against the Chiefs.

Every coach and player on the team had at least one bad game this season.  Do you want to get rid of Allen for his poor performance against the Jags?

My complaint against Frazier is that when his schemes are not good they fail horrendously and irreversibly in-game. Happened a couple of times last season and this season in the first NE game, critical times of the Chiefs game.

Last season I felt that much of the failing of the D was due to Frazier's coaching but a few knowledgeable folks in here were of the opinion that it was more due to the players than Frazier. This year's lofty D rankings seemed to suggest they were right and I was wrong but I still get the niggling feeling that something is amiss. Sure we need a couple of key pieces (CB, LB) but every damn team needs "couple of key pieces". I think we had sufficient talent to win it all.

But for next season, we absolutely need to upgrade - fill the gaps and leap frog the competition, Chiefs, Titans, Colts, pats** wont be sitting still

You can't even get simple facts right. Can we fire you from the board?

I meant outside of Allen and Mahomes (+Watson, but he's not playing).  Is that your only contribution to what has been a pretty good debate here?  Save it...

Can we all agree that there is a difference between saying nothing to the public and then fixing things behind the scenes, and actually fixing nothing?

We want to know the inside baseball, but most of it we never will.  I for one can live without a public flogging and believe that McD will be brutally honest with himself and correct the problems  to the extent possible.

Humiliation will never result in a good outcome

Question that needs to be asked: with the team in position to win with 13 seconds left the coaching staff has again received significant criticism for the way in which a playoff game was managed. How will this impact your evaluation of the coaching staff and what does that process look like.

As a follow up question to his answer I would then ask: Is there anyone considered on the hot sest as we like to refer to it and if not what else would need to be done to land in that territory.

Serious question… have you ever played a competitive sport?

If you have you would know trust is everything.  Now imagine all the blood, sweat, and tears these guys put in all year to get to the mountaintop.  Now replay those 13 seconds in your head over and over and over again.

Sorry, you play to win the game.  Relationships only go so far if you think coaching is why you ain’t still playing.

Or are they not playing because they need better players to execute the scheme?  More explosive, faster, etc.  it goes both ways.

Every team in the NFL once their eliminated assess their roster, particularly the QB position.  In light of the Bills / Chiefs game especially, probably every team is considering whether they will ever be able to compete with either of those QBs with the one they have.... is Tannehill, Carr, Prescott, Tua, Mac Jones good enough?  Can they just be above average, very good, or MUST we have an elite QB in order to have any chance to win??

I want to know that the same evaluation is being given to coaching in light of the mistakes.  McD has done great things for the Bills, particularly from where he started.  He may be better than above average, he may be very good.  But is he good enough to win championships?  Not just get lucky once, maybe??  Is he Derek Carr or Ryan Tannehill?  Beane has to figure that out.  He did it this past season in a much lesser way when he made a move to upgrade backup QB with Tribusky, letting Barclay go.

Look we closed the gap, last year the chiefs game was one sided this year it was a tossup....   now we need to go the rest of the way....   we need a guy on defense the  other teams need to gameplay for...   somehow someway they need to figure out how to get that guy.

Why should we put any stock into and listen to what you have to say when you can't get simple facts right? I'm gonna need a more serious answer from you to show you get it.

buffalo bills.com.  Live video

I'm going to the Videos section on Bills site, but i don't see any "Live" link or text.... is it just going to pop up when it officially goes live?  or am I missing something.

If anyone has a direct URL that be cool.

This will be the first Buffalo Bills media I've allowed myself to watch since the game.

Haven't watched the post game pressers (first time I haven't done that, ever)

Haven't watched the highlights and possibly never will (another first for me)

But, I'd really like to see Beane's year-end conference...

EDIT:   Just found it.  For anyone else:  https://www.buffalobills.com/video/bills-live
