Bring in a GM and coach combination that are in step with one another preferable they go with a up and coming coordinator and hand them the keys to the team. Can’t say he’s good. Also can’t say he’s not good. He has talent, and some above average skills, but also makes horrible decisions and has been stuck running a terribly constructed offense.
