Oh please sweet baby Jesus, get it done Beane. Get it done right now

You don’t trade JJ Watt if you’re the Texans, you release him so he can go where he wants. It’s the classy move.

I think I figured this out.    1:14 AM Feb 24, 2021   1+1+4+2+4+2+0+2+1=17   Josh Allen!

Ouch. Not even trading him then. Seems like they could have gotten something for him.

They cant. Not at his current contract hit and with only one year remaining, and everyone knowing they pretty much had to release him. Plus, that's a really dirty way to handle your star player and historically "good soldier".

This guy annoys me.... that being said he'd be a big help to the defensive line despite his injury history and slight decline in production.

I'd be ok with a d line of hughes star oliver watt. Cut butler jefferson and addison and bring in some youth in the draft.

A new MLB is also key.

He's going to go play with his brother in Pitt, right?

Why would he? Assuming they re-sign Dupree, JJ doesnt even start there. And Ben is on his way out in a tough division, so they arent guaranteed contenders.
