Sean McDermott is Sonny Corleone. I honestly think, from multiple interviews and interactions, they have a friendship similar to what most guys have with their "Bros". How they are together is exactly how I imagine it would be for my friends and I to actually go through with opening a business we've discussed for years - a reoccurring conversation we've had for years - for us it's a construction/engineering business - for McD and Beane it was being the GM/HC of an NFL team.
