I don't know much about the guy but as long as he...

1. Has a pulse

2. Knows how to use the talent he has instead of force them to fit his scheme

3. Doesn't try to fix what wasn't broken

...he must be an instant upgrade!

A franchise QB solves all problems, but for reference his NFL OC history is atrocious. He finished in the bottom 4 in total offense 3 of 4 years:

2009 Cleveland Browns - 29th ranked offense

2010 Cleveland Browns - 31st ranked offense

2011 Miami Dolphins - 20th ranked offense

2012 Kansas City Chiefs - 32nd ranked offense

Well, at least he'll feel comfortable.

Look man, I'm not here to start an argument, but those are the facts.  We also don't have a good QB.

He was fired 3 times in 4 seasons. Those totals are bad.  I'm actually still a little optimistic because of his experience, but those are the facts.

How the heck can anybody hate this hire?

The guy coached under the 2 greatest coaches of all time in BB and Saban.

Young, innovative, never been fired...

Incredible some of you that are mad.

It tells me a couple things:

1. Indy is hiring a defensive coach and keeping chudzinski as OC.

2. McDaniels is going to NYG and McCoy going with him.

I think those guys were probably ahead on the list but weren't coming here.

No rush hiring Daboll but the Bills do. Either way dont like the hiring at all. But will take a wait and see because at the end of the day it doesnt matter.

Get a real QB

Look at Yolo’s post regarding his stint in the NFL. Saban is a legendary college coach, coaching under him means nothing in the pros. Additionally, plenty of BB assistants haven’t been success stories after leaving the Pats.

one under-reported fact is that he also went to the university of rochester, making him the first bills oc to eat a garbage plate.
