No one is blaming the refs for their play. The Titans have been jobbed by the refs. The Titans have been outplayed by the Pats. Both can be true. Learn to spell.

Titans have not been jobbed.they have played like crap.

This. What seem like innocent calls are game changing. Reversing a call on fourth down in the Patriots favor adds to the time of possession issues. Be smarter than that.

I see he's VP and focuses on contract review and litigation, but there was no mention of any Gillette Stadium contract.  Not saying you're making things up, just that I haven't seen anything that specifically points to a possible conflict of interest.  There are many refs who I'd wonder about conflict of interest based on calls made during Patriot games.

Look up who built Gillette stadium. It's Barton Malow, the company that he is Vice President of their legal department for

And once you are down by 14 points because of being jobbed by the refs, the whole game starts falling out of your control rather quickly.  Now you are just trying desperately to play catch up

They were jobbed on two key calls in the first half.  One stopped a Titan drive (phantom PI call on Decker) and the other for a very questionable call claiming the Titans jumped off sides when NE was punting deep in their territory, which ended up giving them a 1st down.

This can not be true. Is this true?

I posted a link about it earlier in the thread but I'll post it again. Scroll down you will see him. Barton Malow is the project manager for Gillette Stadium

No it's time for the refs to call penalties against the Pats so the stats show that it was pretty even.

And because it will end up a blowout all the game changing calls in the first half will just be forgotton

Titans suck, man...they were gonna lose by double digits regardless

True, but when Pittsburgh/Jacksonville goes there next week they're going to have to be ready to battle the Pats and the refs.

Titans are may be the worst team in the playoffs (JAX is pretty close), but at least call the game fair.  If the Titans are going to lose by double digits, then the Pats shouldn't need the refs help, now do they?

And here come.the meaningless penalties once the game is in the bag to make them look even in the stats...

Someone needs to do a study to see how many penalties the Patriots have when leading by 10 points or less versus more than 10 points...I bet there is a massive difference...

They're only playing the Titans because they were gifted the top seed by virtue of some really iffy calls. It's amazing how much of a difference one call can make.

I'd like to see Jacksonville...they have the defense to beat Brady...Pittsburgh will have no chance with the refs in their pocket

I suspect a NE vs NO SB.  NO takes that game, they're a complete team; NE's defense is efficient, but not impenetrable.

A SB loss is more painful than not getting there, unfortunately we know this all too well.

NO would provide the best matchup, but they have to get past that tough MIN D and then win in PHI with both games on the road.

I don't trust Bortles.  Pittsburgh was half a yard from beating them earlier this year.  They have more playoff experience and offensive firepower.

I see that as well...and hope it happens...IMO, the Saints are the only team capable of beating NE....
