We were running the ball well and that 4th and two where Josh flipped the ball to Ty Johnson. I saw Ty was in instead of Cook and was so mad. Leave Cook in and make them account for him, or better yet let him run for those two yards. Cook can’t play every snap, but he should definitely be in on 3rd or 4th and short every time imo

Well, beane is smarter than all the other gms. That is why we constantly reach for players.

Brady pretty much go the job because it was in the middle of a season and his predecessor was horrible. He kept his job because he didnt suck as bad as his predecessor and the bills didnt really want to actively have to hunt for someone else. As soon as teams started figuring out his play calling he has looked worse and worse.

The thing is... He wasn't at GA... He took the majority of his snaps outside there... I think it was 70% in his final year in College. And I know that he was projected to slot in the NFL... But so far from what I can gather he's still taking about 40% of his snaps outside in LA... Regardless... He's way better than Coleman... And there was not a single Draft analyst I know of that had Coleman rated ahead of McConkey... Like not one...

He's been good this year for sure.

This game was sickening to watch. It was far worse than last week. Injuries suck, but we can't fall back on that with our defense every time. Yes, we get Hoecht & Ogunjobi back, but they've been sidelined for a long time, and it's unrealistic to think that they will have an immediate impact. I can't imagine what is going through Josh Allen's mind. He's worked so hard to be the best player he can be for us, and he's getting very little in return for it. McDermott has a lot to answer for. There is too much inconsistent play calling, and our defense is soft. The season is far from over, but if we are to be taken seriously, then we need to see real moves made to change this team. Sadly, I don't know if we can.

That's some of it for sure, but the truth is Josh has been mediocre this year. He's not recognizing blitzes. He's missing wide open receivers (when they do get open). He's forcing bad throws...some of this is on him. What does Daquan Jones have to do with Bills only scoring 14 points??

But those resources given to mcD, none of them are chris jones or mcduffie, not even close. Again im not advocating that mcD is 100% not to blame at all, im saying maybe we should ask talent acquisition questions before we fire a "good not elite" nfl coach while keeping a gm that might hang his hat on 3-4 picks and signings in the allen era? Josh, brown,cook, diggs, and benford? And then count the misses in the allen era.

McDermott is done imo. He thinks rigidity is honorable above all else. He’s being lapped by people that have actually played NFL football and would love a shot at coaching a josh Allen led team. He has talent but he will never win a championship because he either doesn’t know how to win it all or Isn’t willing to do what it takes.
