Joe Brady needs to be fired. Win, lose, tie. He has to go. This offense is way too inconsistent and predictable. A decent coordinator can develop some semblance of a passing game with what we currently have. He doesn’t adjust the offense to his player’s strengths. It’s like putting a square peg in a round hole.
