finn Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago All that talent and nada. Yet it could be that he has poor proprioception: awareness in space. Mine is pretty poor, too. I had to quit ultimate frisbee and basketball because I kept smashing into people. If that's the case, I have far more sympathy for him that Coleman, who seems to have talent but is either stupid, apathetic, or strikingly immature, none of which reflects well on his character. 1 Quote
transient Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Well, Beane and this FO may not be very good at identifying talent, but they certainly are astute at figuring out when they blew it. 😒 Quote
BillsFooteball Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Why should take training camp practice reports with a grain of salt. He was the training camp darling this year for cowboys. Bills have plenty of those. Season starts and they play exactly as you would expect 1 1 Quote

Slowcoach Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago You just know he’s one injury away from our practice squad. Quote
Rousseauisnoschmo Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago He was the best player in training camp and had never been a part of such a magical organization. I can't believe it. Quote
gonzo1105 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago He was not that good in college and he was even worse in the pros: yes it was a wasted pick but at least the Bills got something for him. So far the trade is: Cowboys receive: Kaiir Elam CB Ajani Cornelius OT Bills receive: Jordan Hancock DB 2026 7th rounder TBD 1 1 Quote

Steptide Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Man I swear if I see a tweet tomorrow that says "the bills have signed kylar Elam to the practice squad"........ Quote

As I recall, he has had a couple INTs, so his hands aren't terrible. As for getting separation - Just say "Hey Kair, stay near that DB over there." Give him a couple seconds, & they'll be separated. 1 Quote
Nuncha Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) LOL before the season started Elam was the best thing on earth. They found out fast. Thanks for the draft pick Jerry. Edited 1 hour ago by Nuncha Quote

But you can almost always get something for a 1st round pick on rookie deal. This is another bean blunder. And why we have 0 elite talent outside of Allen and Cook. Thus why we loose in the playoffs every year. Quote
BearNorth Posted 51 minutes ago Posted 51 minutes ago PFF ranks Elam 61 amongst cornerbacks. Bills CB's are Taron at 69, Benford at 74, Tre' at 86. Hairston would be at 39 if he had played enough to qualify. Quote
