To fire or not to fire?

  1. 1. It's all up to you. Do you fire Sean McDermott?

    • Yes. Gotta stop wasting Josh Allen
    • No. He turned the team around and deserves more time.

I've been saying yes for years, so there's no real question what I think. I've started basically this same poll 3 times, but let's get a snapshot of what we think right now...

It's a simple question: has the final straw broken the Buffalo's back?

Go on record!

they are 4-2 and a mash unit.  Get a grip.

no different than last year after the losses to baltimore and houston.

I have heard every excuse in the book, since I was 8 years old.  Fully healthy, this roster doesnt have it.

I love Tre but a vet can't miss assignment like that in a key moment. He's not the same and he's hurting this team by being out there

I think it was Dorian Williams who blew his assignment.

It’s the same story every year.  How many times to you need to see a rerun before you know the ending. Sorry !

Almost wish we had Vrabel and McDaniels.

I would argue it's pretty obvious it's a fair opinion, and has been for years.

When they win, nobody is allowed to bring up how bad his coaching has been

And that's why every time we lose everybody says fire him.

He's not the scapegoat, he's the beneficiary of a long line of scapegoats.

Yep. And that season finished with a victory in the Super Bo... oh wait.

You mean to tell me that the PED suspension boys and Matty Milano can't turn this defense into the 85 Bears?

I love McDermott.  He ended the drought, he built a great culture here in Buffalo, and I’ll forever be grateful for what he’s done here.

But there needs to be some sort of shakeup.  Offensively Brady gets too cute in times when you just have to have it.  Defensively it’s McDermotts baby and that baby has ended our season every single year.  And from a talent perspective it’s crazy to me that we share the same salary cap as teams like the Ravens, Eagles, etc.  Beane is at fault too.

I don’t think you fire him in-season but I don’t know how you roll out the same old, same old team to the stadium opening next year.
