  1. So, they would rather pass on DJ Moore and Chubb at their salaries so the team could re-sign guys like Milano and AJ? Can't say it makes sense to me.
  2. Yeah, that appears to be exactly what happened. The Ravens changed their mind and thought that keeping two first rounders and getting Hendrickson for less than they originally anticipated he would cost was more favourable than losing two first rounders for Crosby. The failed physical wasn't so much for red flags that showed up, but they just changed their mind for what they thought was a better deal. Like someone mentioned in one of the threads, it is similar to backing out of a house deal with your final inspection. If Crosby was a big ticket in free agency at the moment (let's say Hendrickson wasn't available this year) and it didn't require two first rounders, you can be darn sure that he would pass a physical with the Ravens with flying colours.
  3. Not much other teams can do when a player has a specific destination in mind.
  4. Still think Brown goes to NE when the dust settles.
  5. Moore is way more proven than Pierce. It is not even close. Maybe Pierce becomes a star, or maybe he stays a deep threat and not much more. Possession receiver Moore? Hahaha....
  6. I don't think they should bring Edward's back. Too rich to have that much money tied up on the line. The trenches are important but you can't be paying top money to every part of the line.
  7. Ask the Eagles if they care about how much cap they pushed forward. I don't really want them touching the Dawkins contract, though, but I suspect they will.
  8. On paper, seems like an overpayment, especially with adding extra guarantees in 2028. Hope it works out. DJ Moore has been very good to great at times in his career. Overpaying for Moore is likely better than sitting back and standing pat, waiting for a perfect deal to come around. My gut tells me AJ Brown will be on the Pats in the not too distant future. The Bills will add Doubs or Shaheed, I would guess. Let us hope for some gems in the draft.
  9. Tom Brady has three wins and one loss in playoff games where he throws three interceptions. He also had one of the greatest clutch kickers in history. Just saying, even the goat has had more than a few poor games where his team still won. Tom Brady WON all 13 of these playoff games: 2 TD - 3 INT - 66.4 RATING - 2.94 ANY/A 2 TD - 3 INT - 57.6 RATING - 3.42 ANY/A 0 TD - 2 INT - 57.5 RATING - 3.89 ANY/A 1 TD - 0 INT - 92.2 RATING - 4.50 ANY/A 0 TD - 1 INT - 70.4 RATING - 4.67 ANY/A 0 TD - 0 INT - 84.3 RATING - 5.05 ANY/A 1 TD - 0 INT - 73.3 RATING - 5.39 ANY/A 3 TD - 3 INT - 73.8 RATING - 5.41 ANY/A 1 TD - 0 INT - 86.2 RATING - 5.64 ANY/A 2 TD - 2 INT - 68.6 RATING - 5.73 ANY/A 1 TD - 1 INT - 76.1 RATING - 5.73 ANY/A 0 TD - 1 INT - 71.4 RATING - 5.78 ANY/A 1 TD - 2 INT - 77.1 RATING - 6.04 ANY/A COMBINED: 14 TD - 18 INT - 71.9 RATING - 4.90 ANY/A
  10. Curious to see the reaction in here if the Bills drives were fg, punt, punt, fg, punt, fg, fg, punt, punt, td, punt, fg, td, punt, with Josh managing the game and throwing the ball away, managing the game. I suspect he would be skewered. Heck, during game days in here, he gets blamed if the team doesn't score on every drive. Being a game manager only really works if the team has a good defense. I hope that is the case going forward for this team. Structure and organized play is preferred, with some heroics at times.
  11. Yeah, wouldn't surprise me if they made offers to Mcgovern and Edwards. I expect it, actually.
  12. Must be nice to have a kicker who can make a field goal in the playoffs.
