RunTheBall Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago (edited) The only people who think this Atlanta game is a must win are those Bills fans who think divisions and seeds are won in October. I absolutely want to win and do not want to give the division lead to the Pats*. Mostly that’s because I haven’t heard a THING from those bandwagon asshats in 5 years and all off a sudden Pats* fans are popping out of the woodwork. I even got sht from a dude at my local pizza shop an hour ago. I said Woah dude, slow your roll I haven’t heard a peep out of you in 5 years so STFU. It’s how we finish not how we start. Too many of us are looking for the Bills to relieve our anxiety by having a 3 game lead in the division in October. NE is playing well. I hate them, I hate their fans, I hate that Maye looks like a really good QB and meathead Vrabel has them playing well. I hate all things Patriots so much that I’d sacrifice my left nut if they never made the playoffs in my remaining years. But, having some pressure on our guys isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Feeling a little heat will keep them from complacency. I think McD has done a good job over the years keeping them focused but having a team that already beat you breathing down your neck can be a motivator in itself. F the Pats*, F their bandwagon fans, F Vrabel and his douchebag face. Run the ball against Atlanta’s light front and Go Bills! Edited 15 hours ago by RunTheBall 4 1 3 3 Quote

EmotionallyUnstable Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago So no practice squad elevations this week, despite all the injuries to the interior DL? So it’s just Oliver Jones and Walker at DT? Unless they’re planning to sign someone to the 53, this seems wild. The PS elevation window closed, I believe. Quote

But there should more context perhaps ? When Sean inherited the team it needed a ton of repairs, Inside outside and foundational. Beane came on with same mantra Made it to the playoffs and remained a contender as they stated early in their Bills career Getting the Lombardi is the metric Great teams are measured upon 3 minutes ago, jkeerie said: Isn't that what Josh always says? CincyBillsFan Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago A must game win for the Bills? Are people insane? A little history will help: 2021: the Bills are 7 - 6 and 2.5 games out of 1st place in the east. 2022: the Bills are 6 - 3 and in 3rd place in the AFC East. 2023: the Bills are 6 - 6 and 3 games behind Miami in the East. 2024: the Bills are 3 - 2 after 5 games. So in what alternate universe is 4 - 2 season over for a team with the above track record? 1 1 4 Quote

Lost a game where we shot ourselves in the foot throughout. won the division that year…. Like we will again 3 Quote

The season itself won’t be over with a loss but the bills will be demonstrating an inability to improve and it will mean they are likely to NOT reach/win the Super Bowl. we’ve plateaued and need to improve. haven’t seen any signs of improvement, look very much like the recent versions of ourselves. win or lose this game we likely make the playoffs, so we’ll have a shot. Need to see the defense grow into something scary or we’re likely not getting over the hump. Has the plateau been sweet? Sure, but we want a Super Bowl win. Agree Something about this team this year just doesn't sit right. The defense appears to be worse and the offense is inconsistent, disjointed, and not difficult for opposing defenses to figure out. They'll make the playoffs but don't really see them in the Superbowl. 1 Quote
