I get the “KC is a big bad monster” fear, but I just cannot see all of those things happening. They will rightfully be underdogs against Baltimore and Detroit, and should only be slightly favored against Jacksonville. The odds of them winning all 3 of those games are slim IMO.

I don't see how they will be underdogs to the Ravens when they are playing at Arrowhead.

Make Baltimore 1-3.  I’d like to see them 9-8, and not making playoffs.

I want to smash KC in Buffalo on our way to winning the Super Bowl

100% want the chiefs to lose, until such a time arrives that we lose to the ravens every fricking year in the playoffs then I will always want the chiefs to lose. People said 2 years ago they wanted to beat the chiefs at highmark and look what happened, never ever write them off

"The Baltimore Ravens' entire starting defensive line, consisting of defensive tackles Nnamdi Madubuike (neck), Travis Jones and Broderick Washington Jr., did not participate in Wednesday’s practice at the Under Armour Performance Center."

It is tough but I think it is better if the Ravens win.

I'd really prefer them to be the 2 or 3 versus the potential of having to play them in the divisional round.

Exactly - Ravens as 2 or 3 seed and Chiefs as the 6 or 7 seed and let them play each other in round 1. (Assuming the Bills are the 1 Seed)

I mentioned earlier I enjoy watching the Ravens lose. But as far as what's better for the Bills, it's clearly a Chiefs loss.

If the Chiefs lose this game, them missing the playoffs starts becoming very realistic.

If the Ravens lose they are still heavy favorites to make the playoffs. 9-8 may win that division.

It’s a long season and while at this point it’s really difficult to say which outcome will be better for the Bills, it’s worth noting that in two weeks the Ravens host the Rams and the Chiefs host the Lions. It’s not gonna be getting any easier for the loser of this Sunday’s game. One of these teams could very possibly be 2-4 by then.

lol. The ravens are not missing the playoffs. They are winning their division. Hard stop.

its still about the 1 seed. It’s so early. All you can really care about is that they beat each other up

The Chiefs are still coasting on their Superbowl appearances and can fade away with no shame. A Ravens loss would put the current regime in hot water

The answer is always the Chiefs. We've shown we can beat the Ravens in the playoffs. Not the case with the Chiefs.

We have been outplayed twice in the last two games. Winning turnovers isn't something that can be consistently relied on. We witnessed this in multiple playoff games versus chiefs.

I posted it earlier in the thread but feel like it warrants it’s own post. The Chiefs are currently -200 to make the playoffs. The Ravens are currently -1200. I think that’s important context.

Despite the fact that the Bills haven't beaten the Chiefs in the playoffs and they have beaten the Ravens in the playoffs I would still rather them not the face the Ravens in the playoffs. Last year the Bills won the turnover battle by three and still needed a drop on the two-point conversation to escape with the win. In week one this year the Bills should have lost. Credit them for taking advantage of the Henry fumble and making plays in the final 4-5 minutes to rally for the win but the Bills were outplayed for most the game. I don't like the matchup between the Ravens offense vs the Bills defense. Plus, trying to tackle Henry is like trying to tackle Godzilla. I want no part of the Ravens for the Bills in these playoffs. I would rather take my chances against the Chiefs. For this weekend GO CHIEFS!

At this point with the Chiefs I expect we are going to play them in the playoffs and destiny is either beat them finally to get to the promise land or don't. In fact I expect us to lose to KC at home this year and we still beat them for the 1 seed. SO I could really care less what their record is.

Baltimore on the other hand I do care because I still think they are the biggest threat we have for the 1 seed and that division went from looking tough to a cupcake real fast. KC's schedule is also far more daunting then BAL at this point. Give me the Ravens at 1-3 so I know we have 2 games on them and I can gleefully enjoy their fans and the media who treated them like the 72 Dolphins in preseason in pure panic mode.

im like 5050 on this, but i think kc missing the playoffs is the greatest gift the football gods can give us, so go ravens (it sickens me to type that)

KC has a supreme home record, from 2021 onwards it is only us and Philadelphia who have beaten them at home twice or more in that span.

Detroit has won there in week 1 of 2023, so that is a positive sign for their game.

Baltimore has a lot of injuries as well, I don't think that Likely or Ricard have played at all yet this season. For all the hype of having a loaded roster they could really be stuck at 1-3.

In a different thread I said I would not be surprised if KC was 6-2 coming into the matchup at Highmark. Unfortunately they know how to win and most teams make unforced errors against them despite them looking relatively mediocre a lot of the time.

I want you to be correct and for KC to lose at least one of their next three games.

It appears the AFCN is going to be a cupcake division. I would be very surprised if the Ravens don't win their division even if they start 1-3. I think they will go 6-0 or 5-1 in the division. I think that probably explains those odds (AFCW is looking much tougher).

100% agree which is why I’ve been saying that we want the Ravens to win this weekend. It’s still very unlikely that they catch, and pass, the Bills. We want them to end up as the 2 or 3 seed I think (assuming that they don’t collapse and miss the playoffs which looks highly unlikely). The 1-3 Chiefs are way less likely to be a playoff team than the 1-3 Ravens.
