Maybe Sanders will work out but would’ve been much happier going after Luther Burden if we were trading up. But hey he hasn’t done anything either 🤷🏻♂️ 1 1 Quote

I see this same comment every single year, all while we have late round guys prove that rookies can, in fact, do something! When we get Haisrston back, is he just going to be another guy that rides the bench & only goes in a few times a game? Or do we expect this season to be a big nothing burger & that we used a 1st on him in preparation for next year? 1 1 Quote
Pete Posted September 19 Posted September 19 The DL play was atrocious yesterday. Bosa showed up, and Deone made a nice play. Other than that-DL was getting blown off the line of scrimmage by 2nd string tomato cans. Shameful DL performance against a pitiful OL 1 Quote

I think it was 2nd and 14 and Sanders had a great tackle for no gain in the middle. That was the only time I noticed him but it was a good stop in space after shedding his block. Quote

Sanders is contributing. Hes on the field, the Bills have been stout against the run the last two games. Is he making splash plays no but he’s doing an average job for a rookie player in his 3rd game. 2 Quote

Will be intriguing to see what happens there I’m so excited for Hoecht and I hope I’m not disappointed haha just feels like such a good fit and we’re halfway there to getting him back.. seems like a younger Lorenzo Alexander Ogunjobi had a few down years and maybe a change of scenery helps but I don’t think it’s a sure thing Quote

There's a handful every year that have year 1 breakouts. It's the exception, not the rule. He was the 6th DT taken, Give him a year or even two. 1 Quote

He looked worthless to me even against other teams third string. He just ran way out of position and got no where near the ball carrier 1 1 Quote
wppete Posted September 19 Posted September 19 HE hasn’t t been very impressive so far. Hopefully the light comes on soon. Luckily Deone Walker looks like the real deal. Quote

It’s a numbers game and Solomon is further along and plays STs. Epenesa was inactive a lot his rookie year? Bishop barely played and by the way last couple of games he hasn’t been bad. Shakir was inactive early etc. it’s not a sign necessarily that Jackson is going to be a useless pick. Epenesa is inactive even when he's active. 1 1 Quote

And just haven’t noticed him. At all. Somewhat concerning for a 2nd round pick no? Just some comparison for you https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/nfl-rookie-defensive-tackle-stats Quote
