I like the signing.

And since ESPN already announced that we are winning the Super Bowl this season, I'd like to see us sign some other former Bills to the PS. How about Kelly, Thurm, Andre and Bruce?

The absolutely do count towards the cap. Once the season starts, it's on for each PS player.

OMG it's Simon!!!

I dont see them as counting, but Google AI thinks they do (lol that changed today prior to posting lol).  Please provide links cause this is a weird subject.  I have ESPN below.

I find it very odd that the prevailing opinion today is that this signing is a no brainer, but back when Gabe was cut, it was absolutely hated.

Very odd

Say it with me:

Practice.  Squad.

So have Phillips, Poyer, Davis, and who else are the vets?

Phillips, Poyer, Franklin, Feeney, Green, Jackson are the vested veterans on the PS right now.  My guess is either Phillips or Franklin get promoted to the 53 clearing space for Davis to be the 6th guy again.

The topic before would have been regarding inviting him to camp as part of the 90 man roster.

It didn’t mean he made the 53.

This team needs an enema in the worst way. I am so tired of the wash rinse repeat approach McDopey employs.

It doesn't matter. Dalton Kincaid is still skinny and keon still can't separate.

Aside from that one outlier game vs teh Chiefs, his playoff averages are as follows:

4 Targets per game

2.3 catches per game

45 yards per game

0.3 TDs per game

Why throw out his best game?   Shakir has played in 7 TOTAL games and has 4.7 catches per game, 48 yards per game, and  2 TD.

In the same number of games, Davis had 11 fewer catches than Shakir, but he had 134 more yards and 4 more TDs

Gabe had more TD in one game than Shakir's entire playoff career.

If you are going to try and discredit a player at least put all the stats to see

In case people are wondering, Jerry Hughes is unsigned

It's like Motley Crue and Guns N Rose's trying to get the band back together.

Don't forget Tasker, if it gets him off the mic it's a double win

Not a fan but is what it is. No sense getting mad about it. We'll see what happens. The dude can sure make plays. Its the negative plays that I don't like about him. 50% ball catcher and often not on the same page as Allen.
