WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted Wednesday at 07:27 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:27 PM It's great news! Â It does seemingly lock Tre White to start the year but honestly he might have won the job outright. There is abundant depth and Hairston can get worked in through the season Quote

Not getting beat often, blanketing receivers at times, making plays on the ball. Tre's quality play has been a pretty big camp story. Yea but all our receivers suck so it doesn't matter. 😉 1 1 Quote

sherpa Posted Wednesday at 07:33 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:33 PM I can empathize a bit, as I'm rehabbing a complete knee replacement done two weeks ago. I was so bothered by this Max situation and how it could impact our season that I thought that if you draft a corner in the first round, once he gets done hugging the Commish, drag him the nearest, best ortho guy and rebuild his knees. I have calmed down a bit since, until the next injury. Â This game/position is not meant for human knees, and the position is so impactful. 1 Quote
Walking Tall Posted Wednesday at 07:33 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:33 PM Certainly is good news but that will set him back for sure. 1 Quote

DCofNC Posted Wednesday at 07:34 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:34 PM That’s great, too bad he won’t see the field this year now due to missing TC and McD being afraid of young talent, but at least he has a shot to be inactive on game days now. 3 1 1 Quote

Maybe not to the full extent when he was having All Pro seasons but I feel rather comfortable with Tre as CB2 to start the year. Â With Ingram, Jackson and Stong to fight over CB3 and 4? Yeah I feel ok 1 Quote

He needs to shadow them. If he can move in with Benford for the rest of camp, that would be good!  1 hour ago, Bigvinny said: Yeah but its not Elam coming off the bench. Good thing we can cancel the trade to get him back!  54 minutes ago, HappyDays said:  I hate this!  46 minutes ago, The Wiz said: All the reports from camp sounds like he looks more like the pre-injury Tre so hopefully he can hold it down until Max is a full go and takes the job from him. Let's hope! That and $5 can buy you a couple wings! Quote

Yeah I feel ok If Tre White returns to previous form or close to it... I am not sure I could have expected Max to hit that level his rookie year.. Tre was Prime time in the day. If he is coming close to that, not sure there is a better free agent signing out there for the money... JMO .... Max could be the cherry on top... 1 Quote

Multiple reporting outlets had him as the best player on the field at yesterdays camp practice. Also, I witnessed it in person on Sunday and Monday. Not perfect, but plenty good play for a cb2. 1 Quote
