I think it would be super interesting if we didn’t know the crossover opponents in advance. You could do a draw for all non-division crossover games. That would be amazing. Instead of playing the team that finished in the same spot as you in their division, you’d pull those names out to match them up. That would be another NFL event that could generate a ton of revenue. If, at some point between FA and the draft, you had a draw for those opponents it would get huge ratings. My $.02

 

Schedule is irrelevant to me other than how many primetime games we get but I rather enjoy the schedule release videos teams put out.

I feel the complete opposite.   Unless the Bills are drafting top 10 (not for a looooong time I hope) I feel the draft is a crap shoot and you wont even know the results for possibly years.  It's boring to me.  But, the schedule release?  it makes the seaon real for me, I can start deciding which games I will go to and which I will sell.  I can start planning my other life event s around the Bills schedule.  I also like to know what the primtime games are , the holiday games, etc   Now, a 3 hour show to release a schedule?  Stupid.  But the relase in on itself > watching teams pick college players who may or may not pan out

Don't trust it, since I dug down, they reference an article from Monday, which included this tweet.

With the way NFL.com was posting the ability to replay the 2023 game, I still think our opener is against them.

The “release show” itself is incredibly stupid but schedule release day is one of the most important days of the year for me. As you know I live out of town, so every game I attend is a travel game and I like to get ahead of the demand.

NFL Draft is way better for me because I can direct all my built up personal life anger out on Beane for not trading up for a 1 tech DT in the 5th round or something.

It had better not.  All offseason has been dedicated to better defense and getting Allen 2 more receivers who can create separation. 

 

The Bengals under Burrow suck the first part of the season.   It needs to be an ass whipping.
