He sodomized her. Pretty ***** disgusting behavior. 1 Quote

Press report says he's been made a trusty in prison, his assignment until recently was working at the governor's mansion, recently moved to a halfway house within a mile of the stadium in Vegas. 1 Quote

Is it floating around? Not disputing you at all, the latest report I read implied (really had to read between the lines) like he feigned a 'wrong hole, oops' type situation during a consensual (up to that point) encounter. Not saying one thing or another, just curious as I couldnt find a police report. Arent they like $25 and public? Id imagine Front Offices all have it Quote

Id imagine Front Offices all have it I heard a reporter here in Dallas talking about it. He had the info. It definitely wasn't an oops moment. It was his whole no pun intended point of hooking up with her. That is what he wanted and she said no so he did it anyway and when she said no he covered her mouth with his hand and pushed her down until he finished. Then he offered her 1000 dollars as an apology and asked her to sign an nda. the reason he got charged is because the woman turned over all the text messages where I guess he admits it all and was like oh sorry here is a 1000 dollars. BillsShredder83 Posted July 22 Posted July 22 There was an arrest already. Anybody heard anything on DA Decision to try and prosecute or not? How long can a decision like that hang in limbo? Indefinitely? Quote

How long can a decision like that hang in limbo? Indefinitely? I'm sure with the evidence they have and the way that the case and arrest were handled, the DA is going ahead with it. Probably agreed to do so when the arrest was made. There's never been a question posed as to whether the DA is deciding whether or not to pursue it. It's just not public knowledge as to when the court hearings will be. In other news, his retaliatory defamation lawsuit was recently thrown out in Texas courts, with prejudice. Which further implies how the courts are viewing the case. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/45798436/nfl-prospect-isaiah-bond-defamation-lawsuit-dismissed Isaiah Bond is likely to never play in the NFL. And looking over what's been released, it's for good reason. Edited July 23 by BillsFanForever19 1 Quote

And looking over what's been released, it's for good reason. What an absolute waste, sad on all sides. Heinous act.... followed up by the most inept crisis management on his part (thankfully, or he never would've been caught). Truly makes me wonder how much this has happened in the NFL and we'll never hear about it. Dude handled it on a whim, in writing (derp). Dude low-balled like crazy, ($1k against all the leverage in the world?!?). Tone deaf way of "presenting" his remedy. 0 remorse, low-ball, belittling equivalent to "shooo fly". Hopefully he never plays; but my point is heinous act, followed up by the absolute dumbest/tone-deaf response imaginable. $1k offer leveraged against AT LEAST A ~4year/$17m deal. I hope a lawyer advised him that 2 sentence Instagram message cost him anywhere from $17M-$100M+. Picking up pennies in front of a steam-roller, one he put into motion. Quote

No he isn't, he is on the wall still for all to see. That doesn't mean having him on the wall for over 30 years since the murders wasn't a mistake. He murdered them over 30 years ago, not 15. He was a real monster who had a record of beating his wife before he also brutally murdered her and others. What he did on the football is now irrelevant. If Hitler was a soccer star before a monster, you wouldn't still have his name enshrined on stadiums. Another irrelevant comment...just because the degree of how they celebrate him vs other guys is different does not excuse the fact they are still allowing some sort of celebration of his legacy. My father was murdered when I was 18 years old. If some football stadium still had his killers name on the wall I would be disgusted and outraged. Leaving his name memorialized on the wall IS still celebrating and honoring him as a player when he no longer is worth of such an honor. If that was your daughter he killed, how would you feel about his name still being immortalized on the stadium for the past 30 years? Not to derail the convo here but man I'm sorry to read what you said about your father. Thats got to be hard to carry that. I'm sorry. This world is brutal and I'm with you, there is no excuse to still have his name up on the wall. The word is OJ lost his right to have that word belong to him. 1 1 Quote

Logic Posted August 14 Posted August 14 God I wish the Bills would sign this dude. They won't, because character and culture and all that jazz. But man...I wish they would. Could really use a play with his speed and explosiveness. Gonna be a pain in the butt watching him make plays for the Chiefs. 1 2 Quote
eball Posted August 14 Posted August 14 I think Bond just unlocked the NFL draft cheat code. Go get arrested for something you didn’t do, but make it convincing enough that no team drafts you. Then get exonerated and play for whomever you want to! Brilliant! /sarcasm Quote
