What is everyone doing for food for tomorrows game?

I bet once this year and it was on the Caesars Palace app and they had this sucker promo Clemson win by 14 AND Ohtani hits a homer that same night for a +375 payout.  I decided to go for it and told everyone if it hits we are havin Lobster tails at halftime of the Bills game.

Sure enough, Clemson easily covers the 14 and Ohtani hits TWO dingers that night.   So its tails at the Farrell house for halftime.  12 people.

For those of you who can’t find the pizza for price or taste, just make your own! It’s become a sort of weekly tradition in our house. Wegmans or Niagara Produce dough, and add sauce/toppings to your liking. We’ve gotten into the habit of freezing left over meats for toppings. Tomorrow we have some fresh cup and char, will chop up some veggies (mushroom/pepper/onion) and add some spicy Italian sausage I have saved from a grill session a few weeks back.

Home made pizza

Hot banana pepper dip (locally grown peppers)

Chips and bison dip

blue light

i usually love my IPAs but Friday is a work day so we’ll keep it light for tmrws boozin

My wife likes to make her own dough.  Its decent but not pizza joint quality.

Homemade beef on Weck.

Getting wings from my favorite local wing joint.

Thinking of grabbing some shrimp for shrimp cocktail; perhaps some hummus and chips/crackers.

I've got a few Alchemist beers in the fridge.  I'm a hard seltzer drinker these days (I got the sugar), but I'll indulge and have a couple nice IPAs.

Hate to admit it, but here in Cincy we're going with Papa John's, sort of out of tradition/for good luck (and also so that my 12 yr old will actually eat!!).

Kids at that age will like things news as their taste buds have become more sophisticared, but only if they are tricked or prodded usually. Egg him/her on to try something new. When I was 12, I used to think I hated onions, until we were served them at a friend's party on pizza. I tried to pick them out, but a few pieces got stuck in the cheese unbeknownst to me. After I tasted them, I realized they were the best things ever. I loved onions on pizza from that point on and they still are my single-most favorite topping.

I still dont like the actual onions on the pizza but I love the flavor they leave behind.
