The Packers or Saints made much more sense. Why get rid of DeSean Jackson if you're just going to turn around and acquire the same player? This will end just like Westbrook to the Lakers....badly.

The Saints aren’t winning anything in the playoff. They make no sense. This is his chance to win a SB.  The Rams make complete sense.  If he can still play, the NFL will know after watching him in LA, regardless of how many targets he gets.

I agree the packers make more sense, but the Rams are a solid option.  A chance to play in the super bowl…..at home.  Who wouldn’t want that opportunity?  The team is stacked

Isn't the goal to win it all? Even if they completely suck next year this myth around 3-5 year building process is gone. Teams can have an awful year and be back in contention a year later. I feel like its the teams that say its a 3-5 year process that suck more years than not.

Without cap space or draft picks though?  How many teams had an awful year and turned it around a year later?  It might be fine if they actually do win it all but they haven't yet and there is no guarantee they will.

I just don’t trust Stafford.

Firstly, how the hell do they afford all these guys? Secondly, I think this is a big mistake on their part. They remind me of the Eagles one year with Vic when everyone was talking about them being like a dream team before the season started because they had so many 'stars' and it all went to s**t very quickly.

I think the Rams are getting carried away adding these big names but to the detriment of chemistry. If they win it all I'll eat my words but I'd be very surprised if they even make it through the playoffs

I do not either.  Dude put up killer numbers in his career chucking the ball to Megatron but has he even won a playoff game?  I might be forgetting one but I don't think he has.

Huh. I think Stafford is a really good QB. He is putting up MVP caliber numbers this year. Yes, he had a tough game, but that seems to be the story this year in the NFL.

Just like TB did last year with guys like AB, Gronk, Fournette, etc. Idiots its not like it helped them get a super bowl or anything. What? They did win, I thought they sucked bc all those guys were toast and they didnt even make the playoffs.

i may just be misjudging them, but outside of Donald, that team doesn’t scare me. I am not sold on Stafford in big games— and if you can shut down their running game, the offense doesn’t work.

I think the packers and Bucs are both still better than the Rams.

Sounds familiar

He is having a really good year.  I guess my point is that he has been in the league so long and put up some great numbers but has never won a thing.  While that may be on Detroit, it's hard to trust a QB that has never won anything.  This is his 13th year.
