I don’t think that’s the issue as much as if a team would want to trade for him, it won’t be because of anything he did in the preseason against vanilla defenses and backups. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the other teams trying to push a bit harder against him. But in all seriousness I agree with you, a series or two at most. More so game 2, I wouldn’t let him see Game three or much of game 1 if any. I’m wondering if there will be any sneaky auditions like they did in Detroit. I remember going to the game and up to that point all we did was throw and throw. That game all we did was run and run. I’m like well this is interesting and not what we have been doing. . He needs fewer physical reps and as much strategy and defensive reads as he can get from the Master before he gets his HC gig. As the offense comes to the line Daboll could quiz Josh on what he sees and what audible he would check to throughout the games. I’ve never seen a team do this but with 4 QBs on the roster, Buffalo could afford one upstairs learning instead of on the sidelines. My 2 cents.
