Pretty creepy thing to write an article about. And who cares what they named their dog?

Haven’t been in the Buffalo area in a while. When did WYRK change their format from country music to teenage gossip?

Ever since the degree of toasting became too risky to talk about.

There is no such thing as a "silver backed" Lab.   It looks like a Weimaraner puppy (they come in tan and silvery gray commonly called "blue"), hence the name "Sky" I would assume.

Many breed characteristics aren't well defined in young puppies, so you often go by color especially when the color is unique to only certain breeds.  The vet identified my cattledog (Blue Heeler)/Aussie shepherd mix as an Aussie shepherd at 8 weeks old because of his blue merle coloring.  As he grew, his cattledog characteristics emerged.  His size, color, and hair are about the only Aussie Shepherd traits.  Otherwise he looks and acts like a large cattledog.

Sky?  Why is Allen not honoring the Bills in naming his adorable pup?

Because “Doug Whaley set this team back and Kyle Orton belongs on the Wall” was too long of a name for the pedigree papers.

We all know that WYRK is a sanctuary of impeccable and correct journalism.

Remember how they proudly proclaimed McDermott was coach of the year? This just continues their legacy.

You should consider googling silver lab. They are adorable pups/dogs. Sky is most def not a whinereiner.

The name Sky is a nod to Allen’s college days in Big Sky Country.

Is there some kind of contest to see who can start the most useless threads around here?

It's been going on for years and years. In fact, two of the biggest culprits are in this very thread

I didn’t think of that, but Big Sky Country is Montana, not Wyoming.  So I think they just like the name.

As opposed to those of us who just clutter up other threads with the same stuff
