I know Dr. Dirty did one and a lot of reggae songs were about reefer (listened to a lot of reggae in college, there was a good local band). What about John Denver's "Rocky Mountain High"? Back in the 70s, my uncle's church group was thinking of asking him to speak at a banquet. They nixed the idea when they became aware of his usage.
