What are you talking about??? ?

I feel like I shouldn't even want to know the answer, yet remain intrigued.

By the way, Bruce Allen is my kind of guy! Ben Powers has a hell of a name. Max Power worked for Homer Simpson so we could be on to something with that guy.

Well, that's a separate analysis.

We're talking about just measurables. Hand size relates to grip strength, but grip strength is all that really matters. Just measure that.

i have a great grip and i suck at catching the ball, ( when i played, have better grip now.) Soft large hand go along ways in catching the ball.

I could qualify it further by saying grip strength is all that matters for QBs. With WRs, just being able to get your hands around it is what's important. They got those sticky gloves, anyway.

What’s Tyree Jackson doing at the Senior Bowl?  I thought he was looking to transfer to Auburn?

Redshirt Juniors are eligible?

They had premade draft paths in the game that were narrated by Shefter and Mayock.  One of the draft paths had a QB named Drew Lock that had all measurable but turned out to be a bust if you drafted him.  I know this cuz I did and it set my franchise back.

My bad with the confusion and this probably doesn’t go here.  It’s just funny to me they made up qb names 10 years ago and they matched an actual irl kid.

He declared for the draft awhile ago. Redshirt Juniors are eligible if they are seniors academically. They are only juniors in terms of remaining eligibility.

Forget Andy Isabella for a moment. There's another small school diminutive WR that's stealing the show and his name is Penny Hart-WR Georgia State. Got some Taylor Gabriel vibes from him. Very interesting player.

EDIT: I can't find Bills visits with prospects anywhere. I know they've met with Dalton Risner because he let us know. He's so excited about being a potential Bill.

I want to see Risner in a Bills uni in April

He's close friends with Harrison Phillips too. He's been a great college player for 4 years. There's a great chance he's a very good NFL player. I like the idea of having Dillard and Bradbury. Two of the best OL athletes this year.

Beane/McDermott have their hands full because we need at least 3 new starters next year on the OL.

This guy has process written all over him. I’m definitely going to mock draft him in round 2. I also like that he hasn’t given up a sack in two years. Usually those type of guys become pro bowlers at the NFL level.

The below link is a WGR interview with Jordan Reid discussing the prospects at the Senior Bowl and how they would relate to our needs. This is a 13 min. segment. He talks about the UB prospects and their prospects. He stated that his favorite qb in this draft was the Ohio States' qb.

A PFF darling as well. He's a home run of a pick if we can get him in the 2nd.

Agreed.  I think he’s this years Frank ragnow.  The guy everyone mocks to us in rd 2-4 but gets taken rd 1

He looks like a good one. Hopefully he slips to #40 to us but highly unlikely l. The kid from Boston College looks good. G, Chris Lindstrom could be the next guy up.

Isabella my top WR in this years draft shining.

    • Who is the best wide receiver in Mobile? Massachusetts WR Andy Isabella (5-8 7/8, 186) received my vote entering the week, and he showed why during practice with explosive quickness to release and create his own separation. He did have a drop, and his small frame gives quarterbacks little margin for error, but Isabella’s athleticism was no match for the defensive backs attempting to cover him in space. South Carolina WR Deebo Samuel (5-11 1/2, 216) made a compelling case for the top spot Tuesday with strong hands and tracking skills, backing up his strong tape. Not to be forgotten, Buffalo WR Anthony Johnson (6-2 1/8, 211) is one of the more polished wideouts in Mobile this week. During one-on-ones, he did a nice job releasing off the line, hiding his intentions until the final moment and breaking away from the corner to work back and give his quarterback a window. His speed is best described as average, but he collects his feet quickly and doesn’t labor out of his breaks.
    • Clemson slot WR Hunter Renfrow (5-10 3/8, 175) had arguably the least-impressive weigh-in, with little muscle and only 7 3/4-inch hands. As one scout behind me put it: “I used to look like that … in the sixth grade.” However, during practice, it was the same Renfrow whom we watched the past eight years at Clemson (OK, it was only four years). He used subtle quickness in his routes to create separation out of his breaks and was reliable finishing catches, often using his body.

I wouldn't mind a combination of those two.

I loved Johnson for a while, then cooled on him, but he measured in taller than I expected. I wouldn't hate to have him in the second or third.

I wouldn't mind having Jacobs with the first round pick and Isabella with the 2nd.

I think they are both dynamic players who will instantly upgrade our offense.  They are both playmakers.

I don't see Isabella being a second round pick. I think his stock will rise, but people will still shy away due to size.

I think that is possible but just because he may have a 3rd or 4th round "grade" doesn't mean its right.

I happen to think if he has the capability of being a 100 reception 300-400 yard rusher player.  I think he is extremely versatile and could be a feature player on some teams.  If I am right with that, then he probably should truly be a first rounder.  So, while I agree that he may not go as early as the 2nd round, I would not be opposed to getting him that early because in my view if he's available I wouldn't want to risk losing out on him hoping to nab him in the third.   But that's me.

I wouldn't mind having him. He is definitely more than a Welker/ Edelman. He's got wheels and actually has range.

I wouldn't mind a big bodied guy like Harmon or Arcega-Whiteside (or Johnson even) in the second, and the Isabella in the third.

The difference between last year’s QB class and this one is on full display. Lock looks like the best of the bunch, but that’s not saying much.

Lock looks like a good one. Hope this pushes Lock in the top 10. Fingers crossed Haskins, Murray and Lock all go in the top 10 this year. We are in a good position for trade down or have some stud defensive players drop to us at 9....

If we don't draft OL with one of our first two picks I wouldn't be happy at all

I just keep dreaming about getting Risner at 40 and Bradbury at 46.

I’m here at todays Practice and I’m telling you Dalton is the talk of day 3. All day long he dominated.

tomorrow I’ll have a write up. But Dalton is going top 20 no doubt
