Augie Posted September 3, 2018 Share Posted September 3, 2018 More than soreness, I’d worry about injury and want a guy on the PS for emergencies. (The second guy doesn’t get enough reps!) Granted, Logan Thomas could be a game day emergency guy, but.... I heard Mark Schlereth say Russ Grimm was their emergency QB. There is less time to practice and fewer throws to make (no 3rd team, no banks of WR auditioning). In the past, the Bills have not carried 3 QB, and many teams do not.
