No, you're right. I was just making a joke. He founded the school...it would be tough to graduate from a school you founded, unless you are Stevestojan

And yours is just a munchkin yet. Not even walking, yes?

He's just 3 1/2 months so he's not walking yet, but he can hold his head upright virtually effortlessly now, he can stand (with help to keep him balanced, of course) for long periods, and is THIS CLOSE to crawling. He has all the motions, but none of the traction. But dammit, he tries and tries and tries like nothing I've ever seen.

LA are you from Windham? I graduated from Coxsackie-Athens in 87. Small world.
Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School. Class of 1980. Was 1 of 38 kids in my senior class and 1 of 668 in the entire school, K-12.

Took me two years to realize your town was "Cook-socky" and not "rooster Sacky".

More importantly, do any of you folks remember getting pizza at The Nines?

Yep, its one of my favorite pre-hockey game meals. Got to go early though, as they are pretty slow making it.

Man, i wish i were gonna be there this weekend...

I hope so. Of course, none of it means anything if you're not happy at the core. Besides, once you have a child, you become a teacher whether you like it or not. :D

B.S. in Packaging Science from RIT '96

Halfway through my MBA at UGA (Go Dawgs!!! )

I'm mostly taking 2 classes a semester at night, but I get more out of those than the regular MBA classes I've sat in on. Amazing... the difference in the student quality.

Mmmmmm.... Nines pizza with the fried eggplant.

Great memories from the Nines, including my band playing a couple gigs there. I went back to Ithaca a couple years ago, and my first stop was the Nines!

BS from Rochester Institute of Technology.

MS from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Hmmm. I've often thought I'm working my way through the alphabet.

I guess a PHD from Texas Institute of Technology is next.

My story's a lot like Rockpile's.

A lot of my tutition was reimbursed by the companies I've worked for.

But it's a lot easier to go to school without the "burden" of a family, and full time job(s).

Eat 'cher Wheaties and stay in school boys and girls.

PS - Damn LA, No, it doesn't bother me at all that Alla is a Knicks fan. As she says, "I am not bad kind of girl, I am normal and serious." Now THAT's HOT!
