Raliegh is more stereotypical South then Charlotte and the rest of the state is fairly redneckish. Charlotte is full of northern transplants and Southerners that don't mind us, I have been here for 7 months and am loving it. It's a nice, new city with a good variety of stuff to do. great lot, we are always there on the side and back of the little garage, Camped there the night before the steelers game. We typically show up around 7:30 or 8 am. The workers at the lot will show up around 8:30 typically and just come collect the fee if you are there before them
