This whole thing may have very well started when they traded away Dareus. By the end of the Jets game they may have realized we can't stop the run and the Saints game just reinforced it. Starting Peterman is just the start of the give up. If they wanted to fight for the playoffs you keep Taylor. Exciting or not we were always in the game if the team played well.
