Can't be all that common to stay with a team through 3 Head Coaches. does he not have an available replacement in his contact list? i cant imagine its based on how the units looked and progressed under his tenure. Carp and Schmidt both had awful years and I don't think we can pin that on Crossman. Yea - kicking isn't really something you coach much. The kickers usually kinda... know what they're doing. Blocking and coverages though - we never had a kick or punt blocked, no TD returns.... even with a kicker who didnt have a good leg and a punter who had a really bad year.
