The company went public in summer of '19. The previous owners retained a lot of stock after the iPO, but couldn't sell during a predetermined lockup period. Apparently, the lockup expired last month, so you're seeing a lot of dumping by the former owners. They have been invested since 2011, and most private equity fund bylaws mandate a sale of investments by year 7. Plus, many public institutional holders don't like it when insiders hold too many shares.
