I don’t see us moving on the first 3 picks as we need in no order, but DT, CB, and DE. Now having 2 4ths, and 3 5ths is negotiable to move up to get to a 3rd. That’s plausible.

Milton showed flashes, but he’s basically traded to be a backup as Dak isn’t going anywhere. I’m happy for Milton, other than he’s in the circus of Jerrah World. Maybe Dak can help his development. Honestly, I don’t care. The Cheats are placing a lot of faith in Maye to have an even lesser backup.

I’d agree with CB3. We have three picks in the first 2 rds. With those picks we need a DT as a top priority, then either CB, and DE, or the reverse. We have 2 4ths, and 3 5ths. One of the 4ths should be a separating WR, and then whatever Beane thinks we need. I’m very happy if we bundle up to get any higher out of these picks. We don’t need 10 picks. Maybe 6 or 7, but more than that would be lucky to make the team.

I seriously doubt it. He doesn’t pass protect, and not on ST. What makes sense is he plays out his last year, then next year they franchise him for one year. That gives us two years, and then they draft another next year.

Yep. This team has failed on defense as good as it was at times in the past. The Jim’s and Joes, not the coaches. The problem is unless we seriously give up draft capital, we always draft so late as we keep winning as much as the last few years.

It seems like a good plan to have a solid one year option, who actually played not bad last year, and Winston as a capable backup. They still have the #3 pick so they can still have their QB of the future, and be groomed for a year. It’s a fair plan considering the QB selection in the draft coupled with an ok year (winning 7-9 games) could save these two. They get crushed again and they are gone. I like these two guys, and don’t want to see them get fired.

KJ, I’m not saying a fast separated WR wouldn’t be great, but the needs at CB, DT, and DE are greater. its possible they can get in the mid rds a WR. For example DIGGS was a 5th rd pick.

Exactly. The times I listen to the show, I just expect it to be a rara Bills. I find although positive, the Jeremy show, and extra point when Sal’s the his can be a little more fair balanced. At the end of the day, it’s a local sports radio show. They won’t go the way of trashing the hand that feeds them. If you’re not crazy about the station, get Sirius and listen to NFLR.

Im with the Old Timer for one reason. Taking a WR this year wil be a reach as it’s not a strong class. However it is a strong DT class and there are talented CB’s. DE may be tough, but agreed it is a need. I just don’t want another Epenesa. He’s ok, but not an impact guy. So we have 3 picks in the first 2 rounds. That needs to address CB, DT, and DE. If we get a WR in rd 4, ok. It probably wouldn’t hurt if we go after a safety after, and my guess is we should pick up a K and developmental QB without 2 6th rd. picks.

It’s similar every year in that the tampering days are busy, the things tail off pretty quick. I’m more concerned with extending Benford now before he costs too much as we can’t lose him.

JB, maybe a poor choice of words, but has others have pointed out 92% of rape allegations are eventually proven to be true. I know about Ariaza, but two independent persons? With that said, I agree, Let it play out. My point was simply don’t accuse the women as if they were lying when none of us know. Daryl, it’s because it takes some rape victims decades to create the courage to admit a horrible event. My current wife was raped by her husband and beaten and not one human being knows it, but me, and she had to truly trust me to admit it, and her parents her kids don’t even know what he did to his mother. If you’re suspicious, ok, as the statute of limitations is up so no rape kit, and he gets away with it. To defame the victims, if they were victims is not something I agree with in anyway. Hey, maybe they are lying for a payday, but more likely he did it. These women deserve a little respect. I’m sorry if that doesn’t compute with you. Im with you Royale. I’ve loved that guy since the beginning. He was by far the most impactful defensive player we’ve had the last several years. He’s made so many impactful plays over the years. I hope he has a great year, and then maybe he will get to the Wall. He’ll never make the HOF, but he may get the Wall. To Milano, thanks for all of you’re years here.

John, there is too much in that call to summarize in a sentence or two. It’s an interesting call as Cosell knows more than most about football, and tries to stay Switzerland. I just listened to it yesterday.

And they are letting a DE go when the defense is their Achilles heel.

What you don’t seem or want to understand is Brady is smart, and he was dealt a hand where he had no WR’s who can get separation the first half of the year, thinks he may have an opportunity in Cooper, but as you stated lost a step. So he calls games scheming guys open closer to the LOS to move the chains. Brady doesn’t pick the talent nor can magically heal Samuel’s turf toe. Brady made the best out of a bad situation, and I imagine begged Beane for WR’s who can separate and received one in Palmer, and most likely will draft another. Beane then picks up a bunch of talent on defense in free agency to fill needs. Now they have latitude with their 10 draft picks to bundle picks, get a great DT alternating with Jones, a CB2, and any other holes they have. I’m guessing with the two 6th rd picks we pick up a developmental QB we groom over the next four years and a kicker. That leaves 8 picks higher, some very high for the positions addressed above.

Outside of cheap depth to get to 90, we’re done. Not what I want, but the facts are just there and no wishing will change it.

I’m with Mike. We’re done whether we want it or not until the draft. The thing about Cooper is he still has skills, and contested catches, but doesn’t have the breakaway speed to make it happen. We on the other hand need his skills, but on a young 4.3 second 40 speed guy, and that’s not happening. The draft is the only answer. We now with the two comp picks is 10 so we can do it, after we get a DT.

Hey, Diggs, albeit from the Vikings, Milano, and Shakir were all 5th rd pics, and Benford was a 6th. If you want to count Dane, a 7th. Oh and Teller was a 5th. A 5th is a deal for Elam, who was a bust. A 7th is gravy. The now 10 picks, is power for BB to keep moving up.
