Roster Support over the past three years (Beane)

Virg, not to be picky, but you missed on one extension in 2025. James Cook. -
Hire Ryan Fitzpatrick as a part time consultant

It’s the bye after two losses and many have lost their minds temporarily. We definitely have problems. I’ll wait and see what happens in Carolina and after. Besides i can’t take the incredible negativity. -
Why doesn't McDermott call the Defensive plays full time??
machine gun kelly replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well, the answer he gave yesterday was he didn’t want to damage his confidence as he’s only in his second year as a DC. To me, you keep him as the DC, but for now McD calls the plays. Let Babich continue to learn from him. Something has to stop the bleeding. So bottom line is I agree with the guys on the board that believe he should assume play calling. -

Bills are Super Bowl Favorites

To me it’s find a restructure, and trade for Douglas, and Olave on offense. We need separation on offense. Moore, and Palmer if healed up in 2 weeks should be on the field, and Coleman reserved for red zone only. He did absolutely nothing on MNF. Douglas is patchwork until Hairston can get out there. Tre has to get sent to the practice squad. -
Most teams defer now. This is a silly argument. I’m frustrated too, but not stating dumb stuff. Nothing against the op as I get he’s frustrated.
-
My point is play Moore and Palmer if healthy in two weeks as 1, 2, and 3 Shakir. Kinkaid as the top 11 personnel and sit Coleman’s butt down except for red zone for the deep fade plays. Trade for Douglas as has been mentioned as better than Tre, and if Hairston comes back, we have more depth. A stretch is Olave from NO in a trade. They should be in a fire sale in a couple of weeks. Speed and separation is what matters. C9leman does nothing for us.

I agree. I’m normally the last to want to fire any coach mid season, but this defense looks worse by the week. The Pegulas won’t fire McD or Beane, but Babich needs to go. Robinson is a heck of a back, but 170 yards from him alone. This is getting ridiculous.

Exactly. This is why on Gameday I refuse to get on the board as people don’t think clearly when we lose. I thought the same the sky was falling last year after Baltimore and Houston, then we beat the Ravens in the playoffs. We are severely banged up, and yes, we have to trade for a CB. Even Douglas would be better than Tre.

Canadian thinking of catching a game - Little help?

Have fun bud. I’m sure the locals can help, but since I’m gone for the last 30 years, there’s others more qualified. I do hope you fun. -
The Miami Dolphins are falling apart
machine gun kelly replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
I honestly don’t care about them. They suck, and moving on. McDaniels is a flop as a HC. Probably a good OC. If he was smart he’d make an Irish exit plan and take an OC job somewhere. If you guys don’t know that phrase, it means when you’re done at a work event or something, you just quietly retreat and don’t tell anyone. If you did, and liked or loved, you spend 45 minutes saying goodbye. Easier to just slip away. I wish the best for McDaniel, but he just wasn’t a head coach. It doesn’t mean he’s not brilliant. -
While I agree we need a DB badly, this is not a catastrophe. Poyer is simply a break in case of emergency. Besides whether today or not Oliver is coming back, and after tonight, we have Ogunjobi and Hoecht. Patience Dania-San. We win tonight, we go into the bye with replacements and a week off. People get healthier, and probably better. We do need Moore, Samuel, and Palmer much more involved. It’s a mistake to keep pushing the issue with 00. He’s limited. He has a place, but our speed and separation is sitting on the bench.

Week 6, Bills v. Falcons, PREDICT THE SCORE!

One other person mentioned so credit to them, but Pencil is flawed. Bills 28-17 over the birds. -
Michael Palmer article in SU Paper this morning

Agreed on the Chiefs/Lions game. I assumed everyone would be watching that one. I doubt the Saints can win, but the Cheats will falter in time. -
Michael Palmer article in SU Paper this morning
machine gun kelly replied to machine gun kelly's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks guys. I agree with some perspectives here, and others not so much. I asked for thoughts so thank you. For those that say he’s not open with only .1, that’s a step or two tops. That’s all an elite QB needs. I laughed as it’s true high school open is not a thing in the NFL. Enjoy a relaxing football day today guys. It’s actually nice when we don’t play on Sunday it’s just a fun day. Since I live in Tampa, I’ll be watching closely the Bucs/49ers. Jags/Seattle also looks good. -
Michael Palmer article in SU Paper this morning
machine gun kelly posted a topic in The Stadium Wall
Guys: Not sure when there was so much discussion this summer of the synergy between Josh and Palmer, yet not getting targets. The article purports getting the best separation on the team. I was curious as to your thoughts and opinions if you read the article. It’s an easy read and in the main board. Im perplexed as well as I see him separating for defenders. Anyway, we have some sharp people on the board, so feel free to comment if you have some thoughts. Thanks guys as I normally don’t start many threads, but enjoyed the read. -
Seems like a bit too much panic right now
machine gun kelly replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
As usual Noggin, you have a measured approach to the Bills and the NFL. We should bounce back in ATL, and then get two weeks for some guys to get healthy as well as add Ogunjobi, Hoecht, and if not Monday, most likely Oliver. That will be a real shot in the arm for this defense. If Hairston is still on IR, we have to trade for a CB. White just can’t do it anymore. Heck I’d rather even see Ingram over White. Carolina should be nothing, and then things get more challenging with the Bucs, Chiefs, and Eagles. -
NFL/NFLPA investigating Daboll
machine gun kelly replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
While reading the article, it’s appropriate for the team HCP and an independent Neuro in there, and the article indicates it can be appropriate for a trainer to be in as well. Why not just have Daboll just simply have the trainer go in and the moment check on the QB, and quickly go back and report what he was seeing and get back to the HC. This was a dumb move for Daboll who is not dumb. I am glad he’s now had two wins, and Dart looks promising as well as Skattebo. Granted, the Eagles were really banged up, but still was a signature win. I can only hope Dart can beat the Cowgirls in the last game of the season. You almost have to throw out the losses under Wilson. He really needs to retire soon. It’s painful watching him. -
Disagree on Douglas. He helped a ton in half a season, and then the next was avg., but better than White. I wish we could have a better option, but can’t trust Hairston will come back nor will he be up to speed. White is nothing but a backup and that’s a stretch.
-
Allen had happy feet as everyone knows because the rest of the team fell down. We need to get through ATL as after the bye, we have to hope Ogunjobi, Hoecht, and maybe of lucky Hairston can help. Oliver should be back as well. I was always a Milano supporter, but now as much as I love the guy, he can’t stay healthy. I do hope we make a trade for a CB, as we can’t count on Hairston right now. I don’t know about the class of the AFC, but we are not a dumpster fire. That’s the Jet’s, and Dolphins. We have three serious challenges in the Bucs, Chiefs, and Eagles. the WGR guys keep saying Douglas is the most likely trade, and even though he had not such a good second year with us, he may still be better than what Tre is now.

Now that was a funny right there. Larry the Cable Guy. -
When I think of this matter with Jerrah, my advice would be this… I remember this movie, and Harrison Ford gave excellent advice basically why diffuse a bomb that’s already gone off. I use this in life. If you make a mistake, just own it and move on. This is classic for a guy who always thinks he’s the smartest in the room.
