Seizing control of the means of production
SCBills replied to Thurmal34's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
This. Marxists, whether self acknowledged or not, have been attempting a cultural revolution. Think more Mao turning kids against their parents than anything economic related. Which is why electing Trump was a necessity this past election. That philosophy, along with the hooks they dug into academia, arts and government had to be dismantled.. at least to the extent they can be. -
Long overdue. .

Started watching the Dallas Cowboys docuseries on Netflix. Two episodes in and it's very good. I know I'm going to need a box of tissues to watch the next episodes coming up when they show a couple particular Super Bowls but that was my favorite era in the NFL and this feels like a Last Dance quality series so far. Highly recommend if your a fan of NFL history -
Yeah over half of their revenue is directly tied to their dome.

Rumor is Biden had an exclusive arrangement with UHaul to handle all his moves, and availed himself of the Extra Hands program offered for a few bucks more per move. He saved the taxpayer hundreds, though the occasional slippage of a massive trove of documents at his home, in his garage, his office, and unsecured warehouses was to be expected. It made him more approachable, even kindly maybe. -
Josh Allen will not play against Tampa ?
Ethan in Cleveland replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
They started slow last year against the Cardinals and the first string players got plenty of preseason reps. Preseason is meaningless. If Hairston was healthy, he would be the only starter I would let get a series or two of reps. Other than that every starter and prominent backup like Johnson and Knox should not even dress. If Hamlin is going to be on the 53 as safety number 3( which I hope he is not) theb hexshouldbr dress either. Should be Davis and Gore getting all the RB reps. Shavers Shenault and the gang of PS WRs get the WR reps. Will be interesting to see if Andresen sucks again. Carter too. Those two are playing themselves off the roster. -
Sorry the Trump presidency has been so stressful for you!

Apparently, they also think they are above the basic rules of any and all institutions and will beat the crap out of anyone who tries to make them live by the rules. What we've learned about the state of Texas is that the're loathe to bring criminal charges against people who play or played football at a high level.

It was a funny number and this place has been a bit wild lately. Sorry for the pile on. -
According to the article, he fired his attorneys prior to this going to court and was unaware of the court date… 🤷♂️ Regardless, something doesn’t add up. He was 15 at the time, and the guy that sued him had to undergo spinal surgery… if someone was injured that severely due to an altercation, you’d think there would be criminal in addition to civil proceedings.

Ahh, now I get it, Samuel Sr. doesn’t like the Dolphins organization. I must have missed that. In conclusion, Samuel Sr. and I are in agreement, great minds. -

Considering all the training camp injuries, maybe the Bills should have just played the preseason games and skipped camp.

So Shilo Sanders had a 11.9M judgement issued against him by default because he didn't show up for a court hearing. Shedeur Sanders didn't show up for the court hearings for his speeding tickets. What is it with the Sanders family that they don't feel they need to show up in court?

Rich people welfare. And we complain about student loan forbearance. /smdh -
No you don't get it. Trump being the exact same guy he's always been since the 1980s is supposed to cause outrage and consume your thoughts 24/7. We need more outrage. More!!!!!

I’m not sure how I feel about this in particular, which seems pretty consistent with how most voters view political decisions. I wasn’t crazy when Obama interceded with GM to the detriment of bondholders, but certainly would have hated to see GM implode for many reasons. I wasn’t crazy about some of the rules and guidelines under TARP and W Bush, though understood that government chooses winners and losers at various times. I wasn’t crazy about the NYS government inserting itself in the landlord/tenant arrangement during COVID. I always felt Trump having a rally on 1/6 was a bad idea, I saw that as a time to move forward though I thought Biden was a bad choice to run the country (or have a driver license for that matter). I wasn’t a fan of stop the steal, but saw it as a natural and predictable byproduct of Dems and the Russia issue. Sometimes you hold your nose. An example for liberals might be Biden’s possession of classified/top secret documents over his career as a senator/vp/president. For context, most liberals were outraged over Trump’s handling of such material—-both possessing and his hesitancy to return material. As it turned out, a short time later they were faced with the reality that it was a pretty mainstream deal. Biden had all sorts of documents scattered and unsecured in a number of places….and those outraged by Trump became very comfortable with Biden because that’s what people do. I believe you called it special rules for electeds, which always sounded a lot like morphing the rules to fit the candidate. -

Eric Dickerson Claims Teams Were Told To Not Draft Shedeur Sanders
somnus00 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall
The right QB changes the course of an entire organization. Bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars to the team, and NFL. Teams won't turn their backs on that to make a point. 32 teams don't think Sanders projects as a franchise QB. That simple. -
Thank you number 4 !! My bad I mis spoke ...

The Pegulas didn’t turn around and order a yacht after securing state $. Per the article, the yacht was custom made and then delivered in 2021…..well before the new stadium. This article was written in a way to try and raise anger against the Pegula family.
