  1. Past hour
  2. Shaq Thompson is better than both. I don't think Milano is back next year but we're stuck with Bernard until 2027 without eating a large dead cap hit.
  3. McDermott seems hellbent on the idea of not allowing rookies to be meaningful contributers.
  4. Whatever... wake me up in January when we're in the playoffs And it's a brand new season. I just wish Bills players and coaches didn't have the same mentality...
  5. i was thinking back to this....wondering if there hasnt already been some dissatisfaction with beane and the drafting https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2024/6/30/24161970/buffalo-bills-make-moves-to-scouting-staff-ahead-of-2024-season-blesto-national-in-house-cfb-draft New to the Bills’ scouting department are: Matt Bazirgan, Director of College Scouting — his previous role with the team was as Senior Personnel Executive. Darius Vinnett, Area Scout — Vinnett joins the Bills after spending 11 seasons in scouting with the Arizona Cardinals. Prior to joining Buffalo’s front office, he was an area scout in the east with the Cardinals. Vince Magri, Pro Scout — Magri comes to One Bills Drive and the NFL after a stint as general manager of the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. Promotions for those within the scouting department: Asil Mulbah, Director of College Scouting — previously, Mulbah was a Pro Scout with the Bills. Keith Jennings, Area Scout — prior to his promotion, Jennings was Buffalo’s BLESTO Scout. R.J. Webb, BLESTO Scout, working with the college scouting team — Webb was previously a Pro Scout with the Bills.
  6. @BillsFanNC - tell us more about Nazis
  7. If we suck out, and lose the division I think it’s ok for them to cut McDermott and find a quality offensive coach. No better time than letting the Pats come and take the Divison away from us when we should be running away with it or atleast controlling it
  8. Phenomenal. Phenomenal? Are we talking about the same guy
  9. I agree Problem is the coach isn't good enough either, but he will get the reprieve when he should go, too
  10. The chiefs are 5-4. I doubt they're considering firing Reid and whoever their GM is. I think McD and Beane are safe. And they should be. The roster is comparatively weak. Mistakes were made but we've been a league power for 6 years running. The holes can be filled.
  11. New GMs often mean salary reset. So someone coming in, in theory would ditch a lot of our bad contracts and take a lot of dead cap. It would basically be a reset season.
  12. I have my issues with Brady but we were the #1 offense and I believe 3rd in scoring coming into today. We were embarrassing today, just move on. The only thing that matters is if we are clicking at the end of the year. We beat the Chiefs last week, in which many of you said we have zero chance….we don’t need to be in panic and pitchfork mode after every loss when we are 6-3.
  13. Troy Brown is a college football Hall of Famer and made a Pro Bowl when not everyone was a Pro Bowler. He was huge for them in the first part of Bradys career. We have Curtis Samuel
  14. Well, they currently have a SB-level roster and the most cap space in the league. So it would be kind of hard to screw that up.
  15. I think you’re confused. You specifically mentioned Canada and policies unique to your country several times. Canadian carbon tax. Canadian rebates. How Trump hated Trudeau. Canada and d food stamps. I mentioned Canada and its socialist approach to Haitian refugees. Just like the Canadian people don’t seem to want food stamps, they don’t seem to want Haitians. That’s odd, because Socialist governments would typically embrace immigrants, but maybe they have to be the right kind of immigrant. Anyway, you don’t want to talk about, I can understand. Yes, there are elements of our way of life that involved redistribution of wealth. Taxes. Foreign aid. That sort of thing.
  16. Baltimore opener, Saints game and chargers Peterman game also come to mind although all McLoser’s first year.
  17. You're not wrong, but your last line irks me a bit I think people want the real issue to be fully exposed instead of a Gabe Davis bandaid where we could possible see McDermott and Beane claim to be ok if Josh somehow manages to polish this turd of a passing game Posters don't have to claim anything because they've already been proven right Beane has failed to replace Diggs with a legitimate receiving threat and it has hurt the offense despite the numbers they have managed without him
  18. It will take a great GM, but its possible in 1 year. We have enough guys to restructure to create room for 1-2 key signings, and some 1 yr deals again. Mostly, its on hitting with the top 2 picks to contribute immediately.
  19. I hate the Brady comparison. He's the exception to almost every rule.
  20. Good news Curtis Samuel is up to 5 catches.....on the year and hes on pace to have over a hundred yards...on the season.
  21. For real with this? He dragged Ryan Tannehill and a dumb GM to an AFCCG and in a separate year to a #1 seed. That's much much more impressive than anything McDermott has done with Josh Allen. I'm shocked anybody on here is still trying to downplay Vrabel's head coaching acumen. He was the obvious hire for us to make last year but we didn't pull the trigger. Can't afford to make a similar mistake this coming offseason. Allen's career is dwindling away.
  22. We do need Gabe Davis, because that’s our wide receiver situation. However, this is like needing a date and finding one at the methadone clinic.
  23. Hairston wasn’t the prob today - was at the game and was trying to watch him. Our DL and LB missing countless tackles was the prob on defense. On offense, sloppy turnovers, playcalling mostly.. was trying to scan the field and either the WRs aren’t schemed to get open or they just can’t separate. Turnovers killed, of course, and Kinkaids drop was hideous
  24. As well they should be. They wouldn't be fall guys. They are not good enough, plain and simple.
