BigPappaPump Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Hearing a head coach talk like that is embarrassing. Say what you want about McDermott, like him or not, he doesn’t make excuses & embarrass the franchise by acting like that. I’ve lost all respect for Vrabel after hearing that. 3 4 Quote

Can't imagine Belichick did that. Yeah this is what surprised me most. Is this normal for an NFL coach? To sit with some local talking heads like they have a beer or something and talking about bad officiating? That's what fans do in the bar. 1 2 Quote

I guess Vrabel doesn't remember it because our QB managed to overcome it and his QB couldn't overcome s***. BOOM yeah man. Quote

The day after a loss he is pointing the finger at the officials instead of at himself and his team for blowing a 21 point lead. And these weren't even particularly controversial calls. Like Marv used to say, blaming refs after a loss is a loser’s lament. 2 Quote

Seems since he has went to NE he has changed to the pats "Whiny b*****" ways of doing things. He used to be a tough guy. He was a whiney B word with the Titans too. Just being a sore loser 4 1 Quote

Bruffalo Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Yeah, this is a clown take for a NFL head coach to state publicly about a regular season game. I complained relentlessly about the officiating crew in our first match up with the Patriots, because Shawn Hochuli consistently throws more flags on the Bills than any other crew, by a large margin. Complaining here about a lack of calls though is just silly. Point out the plays then. If you're going to come out and say crap like this, you better have the receipts. Quote
RobbRiddick Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I bet any amount of money Vrabel was the school bully who went after the smaller kids in the bus. Some guys just look like pieces of s**t, you can see it in the eyes 4 1 Quote

This is what people don't realize about Vrabel (or maybe some do, that paid attention to him before), he did the same thing in Tennessee. He fails to mention that the replay system was disadvantaging Buffalo yesterday, replay assist was conveniently used to benefit NE but not Buffalo, and that these "supposed holding" penalties go both ways (for example, Walker was held on Henderson's long TD run in the 2nd half , amongst other calls not made on the NE oline). He "expects" to get these calls in their favor, that's the attitude he had in Tenn and still has today. He shares this mindset, alongside most of the NE fanbase, spoiled/have some expectation that they "deserve" it. It's a horrible interview for someone in the race to win coach of the year. 2 1 Quote
YoloinOhio Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I lost all the respect I never had for old meathead. Try not blowing a 21 point lead at home coming off a bye playing a team who is starting backups on defense 2 2 1 Quote

BeastMaster Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago We're starting to see the guy that blew his shot in Tennessee and why they decided to move on from him Good coach, but things like this don't serve him or his team well, and it likely doesn't go over well with ownership, I'd imagine This gives me hope that he's got real flaws in his mentality and that we will be able to expose him in future matchups 1 Quote
