It's true, and that's no bash of Burrows, who is remarkable. But Allen is Burrows+, and he's Lamar+, and he's everything Mahomes was ever hyped up to be, which is saying something. Quote
MJS Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I don't annoint any QB until I have seen them do it for 2+ seasons. How many times have we been burned? We have lots of examples of QBs who looked great and then flamed out or juat haven't been that good since. It only counts if you consistently do it. Maybe Maye will get there, but maybe not. 1 Quote
eball Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago The Maye for MVP talk was absurd. Josh Allen is the GOAT and only needs time to get the trophies to go along with the title. Quote

The real, true king of the North showed himself today. The real, true MVP led 5 straight Touchdowns. The real, true best QB spotted Drake Maye 21 points and STILL WON. Go Bills! Honestly, name one, just one, Bills fan posting this past week talking “reckless” I get it, great emotional comeback, but people weren’t talking reckless Quote

He missed so many passes if they didn’t have huge runs they didn’t really move the ball his best play shouldn’t have been a catch seemed like he made quite a few good throws to me. im not annointing him as elite..but he played well for a 2nd year qb 1 Quote

I thought Maye played quite well though JA17 was and is the MVP. Interesting anecdotal information from the Pats’ board. They’re surprising critical of Maye. Not all, but a portion. Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Maye is a special talent. But when another QB makes a special talent look like just another guy, holy heck. 1 Quote
Juice_32 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Where that bold ***** pats* ***** ass B word at? Quote
DuckyBoys Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago He's a good QB Maybe not ready for the pressure of do or die with 2 minutes Feel like they wind affects his style of thows w loft more than Josh's p1ss missiles 1 Quote

Buffalo Ballin Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Drake Maye might have HIS time arrive. Whenever that will be. Maybe. It's NOT RIGHT NOW. That's all we have to say. Right now, is Josh Allen's time. Drake Maye has a LONG WAY TO GO. LONG Road, baby. Today's victory over young Patriots is psychologically damaging to their org. Seriously. Think about it: - It's a must win game for both teams. Playoff atmosphere. - This game is on their turf. Foxboro. - They had all the momentum. - They allegedly, have a superior defense. - They were 11-2. - Drake Maye looks untouchable. MVP! MVP! They chant. - They were up 3 touchdowns! My goodness! We erased all of that crap. In a blink of an eye. We could have put up 40+ on them if it wasn't for our 1st half defense. Just like those deflated balls, from the Tom Brady era, we deflated their confidence going forward. Drake Maye and the Pats did NOT step in the 2nd half. They became mental midgets. They couldn't do anything. That stuff doesn't fix itself in one year. Sometimes, that stuff never gets fixed. Ouch. Again, they have many years to go. 2 Quote
Real McClappy Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Drake is a young solid QB that will give us fits for years to come. I welcome the competition in the AFC East. Quote

He definately didnt lose the game for them. He did practically nothing. Which is fine for a young QB. But he showed nothing transcendent. 2 Quote
TailgateChef Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Did you all notice Josh vomiting blood on the sidelines? Then goes out and puts a dagger in NEs heart. Not many QBs have that level of toughness. Not even mentioning the arm talent and running ability. 1 Quote
