He is also an elite Punt Returner. At this point, he is projected to go in the late 1st round, so he should be a realistic option for the Bills. The Bills need to put a premium on speed and Offensive weapons in the next draft, and Concepcion would be a good start. Thoughts?? Thought same thing last night. Dude is a monster after the catch. He pulled through a gap between two safeties or possible a S & CB and the acceleration was like he was on a dirtbike. Lil biased cause hes from Charlotte and first 2 season at NC State. He was most dangerous freshman year. Was a real dual threat that year... need to dig into the tape to figure out why he took a step back (yet still super impressive) after that year. Could be transferring to A&M there were a lot more weapons to compete for touches. Couple excerpts from NFLDraft Buzz: "Shows remarkable football IQ by finding soft spots against zone coverage - consistently sits down in windows and presents a favorable target for his quarterback" "Elevates his play in big moments - repeatedly showed up in critical situations against Clemson and Virginia during his breakout freshman campaign." I also dig Chris Bell from Louisville... I will be honest though, these guys are currently rated late 1st- early 2nd. If we get super aggressive and go after a true #1... these are guys that I'd want to compete for #2. Not guys id solely rely on to fix that part of our game 1 hour ago, JMM said: Unlikely to come out this year, and even if he does he's going top 10 I don't believe he can. I won't be shocked if we miss playoffs and they both get canned. But ive never been more confident theyre going to attack the position hard this off season. Would've rather sooner obviously. Quote

H2o Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago We're not going to get Jordyn Tyson from Arizona St. We're not going to get Carnell Tate from Ohio St. Concepcion or Chris Bell from Louisville are probably what we're staring at for WR's early. 3rd Round guys could be Skyler Bell from UConn, who is actually an interesting prospect, Omar Cooper from Indiana, and Malachi Fields from ND. 1 Quote

Pegula isn’t moving on from Beane and McDermott (despite the fact that he should) and Beane can’t accurately evaluate FA or college WR talent, so we need someone who’s already been vetted. The veteran #1 WR trade route is extremely expensive in both draft assets and cap space allotment, and somewhat rare/difficult to pull off. And they usually come with baggage. Think AJ Brown, Stefon Diggs, Tyreek Hill...who else? Remember that Allen was still on a rookie deal when Beane traded for Diggs, making it easier to fit him in immediately and long term. Of course, Diggs then had a career year playing with Allen, and the Bills went to the AFCCG for the first time in like 25 years. So the expense was darn near justified in year one alone. AJ Brown was a VERY similar situation for the Eagles, except they got to the SB (and then won it two years later). What are other examples of WR1s getting traded? Quote

BillsFooteball Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I read this three times as “KC Connection” wondering how the hell this Texas A&M WR is connected with the chiefs. Yes, I’m still drunk 2 Quote

As the self-proclaimed resident Aggies fan, I would love either Concepcion or Craver. Both are undersized, but they possess the speed and a dynamic to our passing game that we haven't had. Quote
