As passing game coordinator with Kromer as run game coordinator sure. Would prob take some time to blend that scheme together.

I can see the team using all their timeouts in the first drive.  Also, Daboll arrested on an assault charge for tackling Kromer.

Bring Daboll back this week to give the offensive another set of eyes. He can work as a QB coach who cares. Get him in the building and see if the combination of him and Josh can unlock something. ***** anyone’s feelings if every coach in the building was let go today I wouldn’t care.

We have the Temu Greg Roman in Joe Brady.

Daboll would instantly transform this offense into a competent passing out. I miss those big chunk plays. And with James Cook to work with, i bet he could make an even bigger impact than the first time around.

There is a very speculative but highly believed rumor that Daboll tried to take McDermott’s job after 13 seconds. Literally petitioned Pegula.

He is not coming back (though I wish he was).

I think Daboll’d sooner watch the team implode on the off chance he could interview for the HC position next season.

perhaps Pegs should have listened 😜 (although totally ridiculous for a OC to do that). But I also hear Daboll is a top choice at PSU.  Would be a great spot for him.

He strikes me as a better college head coach than an NFL head coach

I think this is a pipe dream  … he is getting paid to do nothing the rest of this year and  him and McDermott hate each other ..

He is probably going to have options …and coming here to try to save this season with not much WR help might not be at the top of his list

If he doesn’t have the quick sideways pass in his playbook, I’m not interested.

He actually flips out on the sidelines when the ball is snapped, and opposing defenses hold up to watch him...leaving his offense to run wild.

Brady’s WR screens are the most frustrating plays i’ve ever seen the Bills run ever.

Did anyone happen to notice the mess Daboll just left in New Jersey?  The guy’s a certified lunatic.  No thanks.  I’d rather let Ronald Curry call the plays if they move on from Brady.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I can't believe how many people forget how frustrating he was here. Would frequently abandon the run. Wayyyyyy to many "cute" play calls. This would be like someone going back to their ex because they are going through a dry spell....only to remember EXACTLY why she's your ex to begin with

We need to stop the revisionist history with Daboll. As if there weren’t endless calls for him to be fired in 2021 when we lost 4 games (including 3 in 5 weeks) where the offense scored 15 points or less. There’s a reason he’s never coached an above average offense where he didn’t have both an elite QB and an elite WR1.

Can’t we hire a legitimate OC instead of some guy that pedals into town with training wheels.

That’s my preference …. But that might end up being a potential threat to someone ??

An experienced OC from outside the current organization would be the best choice. This regime is not being fired mid-season so we have to suffer through the remaining games. If, as it looks right now, we severely underperform, a wholesale change of the guard will be in order. It is a better option than a patchwork solution because McD is not going to hire someone with a radically different view of the offense than his.
