NYT playoff predictor is now available

Kinda hate the current prediction.

I assume this sim means we beat the Chiefs and Pats.  Those 2 games absolutely will dictate our season.  
 

Then even if the 1 seed, we will probably be looking at the Chiefs in round 2.  Which means having to beat them twice.  Lol.  
 

 

If we’re a WC team we could get Pittsburgh in round 1?  Yea, I don’t think I give a dam if we’re a WC team or the 1.

Well let's see. That would be

 

Broncos at Bills

Chiefs at Chargers 

Patriots at Steelers.

 

My winners are bolded. Division matchups would be:

 

Chargers at Bills

Patriots at Colts

 

If that's the final 4, I like our odds. The Patriots aren't there quite yet. The Colts have Danny Dimes at QB and sooner or later, the Chargers are gonna Charger.

Im not speculating now.  Too many variables.    McD is good post bye so we’ll see.  It looks like we have Hoycht and Ogunjobi, and Hailston will soon be reactivated to his 21 day window.  It’s possible he plays for the Chiefs game.  Well see.

I just ran the projected health-o-meter sim and it predicts a 92% chance we won't be healthy entering the playoffs.

Every team (especially true this season) has areas that need improvement.  Despite the warts we are still on of the better teams in the league with one of the easiest schedules.

Yeah, like the Heisman Trophy BS the networks push in September lol.

 

The Bills are playoff bound. Either Division champs ( most likely) or WC. The AFC is wiiiiide open folks.

Well yeah there’s 0% chance we’re fully healthy, and probably only like a 10% chance we don’t have injuries at multiple key positions.

Broncos 1st round, Patriots 2nd round, Chiefs at home 3rd round. Not too bad.

Im interested in KC. They're gonna have a bad game pop up on them and it'll likely be a Raiders or a Broncos opponent. 

 

Their ego and chest are puffed up. Could a defeat pop that puffed up balloon and expose their flaws or will it just sting them?

 

While everyone is praising their offense for being on fire I am concerned about the defense because the offense won't sustain this type of success but the defense is playing horribly.

If no one else wins more than 11 games, I like our chances to get at least 12 wins and get the 1 seed.  I’d actually be shocked if no one in the AFC gets 12 wins or more.
