Bruffalo Posted September 19 Posted September 19 The takeaway I have from this game is the intentionality of this coaching staff to commit to soft zone defense and basically saying "we don't think you can score fast enough to win". I personally hate it, but I think you argue about its effectiveness. I would like to see more aggression in the secondary. The D-Line just needs to be flat out better. They need to finish and hit the QB, Tua had all day in a timing offense and it burned us. 3 3 Quote

He was criticized very unfairly early in his career and has always kept a very upbeat attitude. 5 4 Quote

Incredible how he moves for such a big man. Deone Walker was noticable tonight. Edited September 19 by PromoTheRobot 2 2 Quote
Green Lightning Posted September 19 Posted September 19 Win is a win. But this D is just the same as last year's D. Can't get off the field on 3rd and long and can't get the QB on the ground. Our DBs are slow and D line just can't get home. Groot disappeared. Bosa and Walker balled. Finally, thank God for Bernard! 1 1 1 Quote
Dick_Cheney Posted September 19 Posted September 19 Glad we pulled it off and I know we were down a few guys on defense, but damn. That was not what I anticipated and I think we lose this kind of game against a lot of other teams. 1 1 1 Quote

I always wonder what makes people dial the number and call with questions the host cant answer and they never accept the answer anyway. 1 Quote

Long Suffering Fan Posted September 19 Posted September 19 I want to see more passes to Shakir and Moore - they both look dangerous with the ball. 3 1 Quote

Tua was getting it out in under 4 seconds alot. All i care about is pressures, which the bills got. Pressures create incomplete passes and turnovers. Agreed. Pressure caused the Bernard pick. 1 1 Quote

He's now 80. It was more a tribute to Al than anything, and that makes it completely legit. Quote

gobills404 Posted September 19 Posted September 19 You’d think we lost by 10 based on the other threads being posted and bumped right now 1 2 Quote
stevewin Posted September 19 Posted September 19 (edited) So Bills have won turnover battle now 25 games - that is insane. Seems crazy to just have gone 25 games with at least one takeaway Edit: Actually believe it is 'not lost' - tweet and article circulating that say 'won' aren't correct Edited September 19 by stevewin 1 Quote
