BillsFooteball Posted Monday at 04:35 AM Posted Monday at 04:35 AM Still can’t get over it. What a win. Josh Allen is unstoppable!! Quote
BillMafia716ix Posted Monday at 04:35 AM Posted Monday at 04:35 AM Josh Allen saved a horrible performance by the defense. Worst performance in the McDermott era. All the money we spent on retaining our own guys on defense and nobody showed up tonight. Ed Oliver and Bosa played well. 1 1 Quote

So old hat basically. God I love our cyborg unicorn MVP QB1 With a stolen drive by the refs too lol that was the perfect crime I think they would’ve upheld that slide being short on a challenge despite it obviously being wrong ironically challenging that obviously wrong call probably loses us the game Edited Monday at 04:53 AM by Generic_Bills_Fan 3 Quote

His ball never even wavered from dead center. We don’t need 2 kickers we just need the 1 to be him Agreed, and thanks for the clarity. For some reason I thought he missed a PAT. It was actually the missed 2 pt conversion. Lots of football swirling in my mind today. Quote

Nelius Posted Monday at 04:36 AM Posted Monday at 04:36 AM (edited) Wait, didn’t we have a bunch of “hey I’m sorry but Ravens ML is free money” guys?. “I’m totally a fan but how can you not bet on the Ravens”. Where’s MikeMike heh…heh heh…hahahahah bwahahahagahga Edited Monday at 04:38 AM by Nelius Quote

I think they will have to add to the secondary at some point. But we will see. We showed some weakness on both sides of the LOS. Were they sleepwalking in the first 3 quarters? I don’t think so. Manhandled some on our tackles. Hopefully they got a kick in the shorts that they gotta be gunning from the first clock tick. Long season, but every play…every second counts sometimes. 1 Quote
Dr. K Posted Monday at 04:38 AM Posted Monday at 04:38 AM This was a great and ridiculous win. The Bills were totally outplayed--at least on defense--though most of the game. I don't know what you can predict about the rest of the season from this result. The Bills have to fix their defense. There are 16 more games to go. The Bills are likely to have to play the Ravens again and they have to be better. Who knows what the rest of the season will be like. But right now that doesn't matter. One of the happiest postgame feelings I've had in sixty years of following this team. Quote
wjag Posted Monday at 04:38 AM Posted Monday at 04:38 AM I find it ironic on here that folks are bemoaning the Bills Defense for giving up 40 points while seemingly cutting the ravens a break for giving up 41. ravens gave up 250 yards in a quarter and lost the game. this was just one of those games that happens in the nfl from time to time. ravens offense is formidable before adding dehop. Bills offense is also formidable. 1 1 1 Quote
Last Guy on the Bench Posted Monday at 04:39 AM Posted Monday at 04:39 AM (edited) I was actually impressed throughout the game with our pass rush. Sure, we were getting whipped in general, but that was all about the Run D and we were facing two lethal HOFers. Obviously I thought we were going to lose, but I was actually seeing some light for this defense down the road, even before the comeback. Run D will look better with more practice on fits, the young DTs getting more time, Bosa settling in (if he stays healthy), the suspended guys coming back, and not facing Lamar and Henry every week. I don't think we'll be a great defense - secondary is hard to love right now. But I think the pass rush might be a lot better than last year and might help us be stronger on 3rd downs. Plus, you know, Josh can always drop two fifty in a quarter when we need him to . . . Edited Monday at 04:39 AM by Last Guy on the Bench 2 1 Quote
stevewin Posted Monday at 04:40 AM Posted Monday at 04:40 AM Josh just missed 400 - remember the days when people would be pissed he couldn't break 300 lol. Crazy that affer the terrible way this game was going for so long, in the end it throws him right in the MVP conversation to start the year Quote

It was ugly, our defense was getting punched it the face and not doing the punching. After that turnover, (Ed all game), it felt like they started punching back Our oline was punching them in the face all night. Bishop is young, I'm not writing him off. Rapp looked just as bad to me. We didn't hear Strong much, so I'm wondering what the all 22 guys are gonna say about him. I think for being a rookie who no one expected to start, he may have done ok But I think the all 22 guys are gonna have several call outs on defense. As will the coaches in meetings Strong got caught in the blender on the long Zay Flowers catch and run off the mesh, that's about all I can remember from him 1 Quote
Doc Brown Posted Monday at 04:40 AM Posted Monday at 04:40 AM I know I spend too much time on this message board that after I'm high fiving people in the stands after the game winning kick my first thought is I can't wait to read the live game thread on the computer. It lived up to the hype. 1 Quote

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted Monday at 04:41 AM Posted Monday at 04:41 AM Boy that funny little wave that Zay Flowers was doing really looks cool now. Oh hey bud you’re here this time? Cool. If it makes you feel better, you are actually leaving the same way as last time….with an L. Have a fun night bub 6 1 Quote

We need to do something different next meeting to stop Henry. We were lucky tonight. Milano I thought looked poor in the first half, and I can't recall him in the 2nd half. was the 50 yarder what you're talking about in the 2nd half? Quote
HurlyBurly51 Posted Monday at 04:42 AM Posted Monday at 04:42 AM This might best highlight how crazy this win was! 1 Quote
