BigDingus Posted September 8 Posted September 8 And reality sets in once again. This defense isn't improved at all. It's got no ability to stop the run & lacks talent at every level. But hey, we only used most of our draft trying to fix it. 1

The difference in starters tonight vs last year is Bosa in for Miller at rotational DE and Strong in for Rasul Douglas. I guess you could say Bishop in for Hamlin, but Bishop started some last year too. So a slight upgrade at pass rushing DE and a ??? at CB2.
GolfandBills Posted September 8 Posted September 8 This is what happens when you don’t get three flukey turnovers 1
dorquemada Posted September 8 Posted September 8 So what does the Bills O do now? Run run run pass behind the los punt?
Nostradumbass Posted September 8 Posted September 8 starting to feel like first half game 1 from last year
Prospector Posted September 8 Posted September 8 What’s a guaranteed? Henry will make us look like children
The 9 Isles Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Baltimore went from Ozzie Newsome to Eric Decosta, Philly has Howie Roseman and the Bills keep running it back with Brandon Beane.

Utah John Posted September 8 Posted September 8 I have it figured out. The Bills long-term strategy is to make the Ravens overconfident when the meet in the playoffs. (Don't laugh. It worked last year.)
sven233 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 THROW THE BALL DOWN THE FIELD, PLEASE! Enough of the WR smoke screens to slow players.... 1
billieve420 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Can we get Josh on the move and mix in some play action. Stop with these quick passes at the line of scrimmage which clearly is not his strong suit. 1
Buddy Hix Posted September 8 Posted September 8 McD, Beane, Brady, Babich…all ride Allen’s coattails. Allen is the only elite thing about this team, year after year. God bless that kid for staying with this mediocre franchise…I would have bailed first opportunity. 1
Mikie2times Posted September 8 Posted September 8 This is what I expected, but still pissed we didn’t get a traditional one tech. We have to control the line more without putting 8 in the box. It’s just not a stable answer vs this team. Might not have made a difference but you could see Jones declining last year. We needed it and it was obvious.
Maine-iac Posted September 8 Posted September 8 (edited) I do have to remind myself that we typically suck in the first half. Not my favorite way to start most games but I'm pretty sure we made the Cardinals look good most of last season opener. Edited September 8 by Maine-iac
