Agreed we keep saying but its our back ups we'll its theirs too this defensive scheme and output seems the same to me... bleed your soul kiss your a$$ kicked watch them score grab your ankles and say thank you sir can I have another ... so i call it the thank you sir can I have another defense

Again there is a difference when our backups are mostly the guys we’re going to cut vs the Bears backups who are NFL rotational players. Luther Burden is going to play a lot of snaps, Bagent has started games. Ryan Bates is playing OL right now for the Bears, Austin Booker is going to be in their DLine rotation as a pass rusher. That’s still a fairly significant difference compared to Paris Shand and Jacob Bayer etc

Play the starters the 2nd half.  We've got this.

Lol.  McD's master plan is to practice coming from behind

The guy covering Burden was dancing around 3 yards in the end zone while Burden was crashing down on the safety.  I think it's the safety we just brought in this week.  Either way he's not shown much.

That was Dorian Strong (#43).

He, Dane, and Codrington looked bad tonight.  Not to mention Buffalo Joe.  And its a wonder weve given up >300 yards in 1H

I really want Dorian Strong to pan out but for someone leaving 10-yard cushions for receivers, he gets juked right out the play most times too.

Don't forget that when your 2's go against their 1's in the 1st quarter then you get a lot of your 3's going against their 2's in the 2nd quarter.  A recipe for 28 - 0 half.

343 yards is an absolute embarrassing

We better hope Bosa, Rousseau, Oliver, Milano and Benford all play at a pro bowl level and don’t get hurt because the depth on defense is brutal and the system itself is suspect.

They are not doing anything complex tonight.

True.  Some guys are throwing away a shot at an NFL career to be sure

I agree. I couldn’t give two figs about the outcome of this game. Just get out healthy. But…if you have to play and you’re fighting for a backup spot, you’d like to see some give a damn.

Reminder to those who are pointing out last years 33 - 6 loss to the Bears

It was 13 to 6 Bears going into the fourth quarter

This showing on national TV is bad for the Bills.

It’s still not the same. Bills are playing guys who are doing to be cut backups vs Bears backups that are good. Bagent, Burden, Booker, Smythe etc are all going to be big contributors. I mean Ryan Bates is on the Bears Oline right now

We are on pace to give up over 600 yards tonight.

Maybe good news for Shavers?

Shavers looked good, and Moore hasn’t and dropped a pass. He has to show moore (couldn’t resist) to make the roster.

Even for a preseason game, this brutal.  McDermott is going go nuclear on the lack of execution and pathetic tackling. Some careers are ending tonight.

I would run quarterback powers all 2nd half with Josh Allen. Time to make a statement here

Try the 30 variations of the tush push.
